My problem with these perps started back in 1992 right before I gave birth to my only son.  I know who these people are and I am still unable to stop the constant torment.  I am at a loss and no longer know what to do, as I sit every day watching myself deteriorate ever so slowly.  I have lost my will to fight and my spirit to live.  They have taken away all my friends and introduced me to people they know, so they can keep an eye on me.  I call these people my babysitters.  One last local person who was on my side, ended up on their side after getting the shit beat out of him.  I heard someone yelling outside in the distance, and then heard the blows of fists.  The next day, he showed up at my door with a black eye.  The first thing out of his mouth was he "ran into someone from high school that he used to play ball with, and they were tossing the ball back and forth and got hit in the eye".  He jumped the gun on an explanation, because I hadn't even noticed it yet.   I knew then, that what I heard the night before had in fact been real.  I have known this guy since 1991.  Back when I met him, I liked him and tried to seduce him but he declined.  It wasn't until after this incident that he started coming on to me (a little bit too late for me).  Now he treats me like a slut off the streets.  He used to treat me with total respect.

This all boils down to the fact that I feel these people have recorded me having sex and made money off of the movies.  I had a tape recording of when I left my house where I could hear my boyfriend and me having sex.  I thought this is weird.  I also heard things like "the highlight of her career was back when she was with Jon Doe".  "Now no one wants to see her any more because she is too old and fat."  "We can't make any money off of her any more, we need to find someone new".  Good way to make free money.  You would never have to pay anyone for his or her part in the movie.  This would give you 100% profit.  Then when I look back at all the boyfriends I have been through, they are all basically the same - sex addicts.  I remember one time; she came to my house to give the guy I was seeing a real nice wrist watch.   For what?!  She had only talked to this guy for 20 minutes one day, and she is now giving him a watch?!  I figured out just recently it was probably a "thank you for doing such a good job" watch.  He cried when he smashed it.

At the present time, I am on the verge of loosing my home because I cannot find a job.  I even put an ad up saying I will do anything for money...ANYTHING.  I got ZERO responses.  I have no family members left alive to fall back on which only leaves me the streets if I loose my home.  I will die before I live on the streets.  They want this to happen so I will never see my son.  Oh, did I tell you he was taken away at birth?  I never got to bring him home.  Next door to where I live, they have had 2 or 3 birthday parties for my son throughout the years.  My son will be 18 in Jan. of 2010.  I hope I make it that far.

I have so many things that have taken place that it isn't funny.   I am writing a book about all of it...if I ever get that done, you'll be able to read it. 

I think that these people have turned others against me by saying I am a pedophile.  I cannot think of any other morally wrong thing a person can do, that would keep their mouth closed to what is happening, and not question me about it.  Even the people who know me end up believing the perps.  A very good example would be the most recent incident that happened...My high school sweetheart came down from Washington around Christmas time to visit.  I haven't seen him for 3 years, since he moved away.  He came to my home and said hello and went straight to my computer.  When he left he said he might stop back by before he went back home.  Now, I must tell you, this guy has been madly in love with me for all of our lives.  Not one week went by after he moved, that he did not call me at least once a week.  Remember this.  Ok, now on his way out the door he told me he was checking out porn on the Internet because his wife never lets him.  I did a search to see what was really going on and found he did not access any porn, but he did access his bank account (waiting for them to pay him?).  He accessed it @ 3 to 4 times.  What he did look at was all my documents.  He combed my computer.  What happened when he came back by before he left?  Basically he told me he went by the perps parents house and that I was imagining all the voices that I have recorded.  He also said a final goodbye to me.  His whole attitude changed towards me...rather shallow and uncaring.  He left the first week in Jan of 2009.  Do you know how many times he has sent me an email or called since then? ZERO!  He called one time to let me know he had landed safely and that was it.  It is presently almost the end of Feb. 2009.  Go figure.  He was the last person in this whole world I could ever count on and now I have no one.  You don't have a clue as to how much this hurts me.  But they sure do!  My misery makes them happy.  I feel like they live their lives through me because they have no life and no feelings.  They are psychopaths.  Oh, one last comment.  The part where I said, "cannot think of any other morally wrong thing a person can do"...there is something else I can think of...tormenting people like they torment me.  It is the only other thing I can come up with that is scum sucking wrong.  I consider tormenting to be equal to child molestation.  This is my opinion.  Until you have been in my shoes, or others like me, you probably will never understand the depression and all the other negative BS that goes along with this crime.   Later.

Story #55, posted 3-27-08

On July 27, 2006 (Thursday), I became a targeted individual of Organized Stalking. On this day, between the hours of 5:35 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. graffiti was put up on the telephone box, that stands directly infront of the house I live in. I know that this took place between that EXACT time frame, because I went to the grocery store and got back at 5:33 p.m. or 5:34 p.m. and the graffiti was not on the telephone box; and at 10:45 p.m., I looked outside from behind the window current and this is when I saw the graffiti, (the graffiti was painted in bold letters that were dark-colored in paint.....I knew the paint was of a dark color, because I could easily read the graffiti). The next morning, I opened the front door to look outside, and sure enough the graffiti was painted in a dark green color.

Two nights later, the Organized Stalking began. I was going to night school, while in college, and the when I would get home their would be numerous cars that would immediately appear within 300 yards of the house I live in. Within three minutes of opening the door to sit outside on the front porch (nighttime), the cars would began showing appearing. Some of the cars would come down the street really fast, but once they would get to the corner of the street (that intersects with the street I live on), they would very, slowly turn the corner, so one (1) I would notice that they were getting my attention and two (2) so they could put their cars' high beamers on me. Other cars would come down the street slowly and then zoom down the street once they passed my house. Then, their would be the cars that would drive down the street in a average speed, but stop in the middle of the street, infront of my house. They would honk their horns, stick their fingers out of the their cars' windows to give me 'the bird'; they also began following me everywhere I went. My house is infront of the interstate and they would speed up and down the interstate, and look directly over at me while their inside cars' lights were on.

The individuals never yelled or screamed out anything to me, while doing this, but on one occasion, while one of these cars were zooming down the interstate, the person or one of the persons inside yelled out a vulgarity and on another occasion, I vehicle (on the street) came slowly driving down the street (with it's windows down) and the persons' in it began loudly barking like dogs. This car didn't have on it's inside light and this happened at night. They also did this in the daytime; but when they'ld do this in the daytime, they drove in cars with jet-black tinted windows and they always would have their windows up, never down. At night, some of these vehicles would have their cars' windows down. And those that had their cars' windows up, I could (sometimes) make out how many people were in the car (I could do this if the driver was driving slowly and they were driving on the street, not the hwy.), because the cars' windows were NOT jet-black tinted. This went on for several months.

I contacted the police between a total of six (6) to eight (8) or nine (9) times. A police officer would be sent out, but I NEVER got a call back (after any of the times they had come out) saying that an investigation would be started nor that any information had derived from an investigation.

Note: I don't have a criminal record, I don't have a juvenile record, and I don't have any driving offenses (I don't drive and never have.). I have never been in trouble with the law. I have always been (and still do live) a 'peaceful, mind-my own business' person.

During this time, I began to suffer from severe sleep insomina. I also had a large increase in weight gain from the stress that I began experiencing from all of these experiences. This was due to the fact that I did not know what was happening. I did not know what was going on. I did not know that And I did not know that all of this which I was experiencing had a name.

For several weeks, I would type in 'stalking', 'being stalked', and 'laws on stalking' on ask.com, but I never came across information that reflected the kind of stalking that I was experiencing. I became frustrated and then just gave up in my search for what I was going through. In May or June or 2007, I told myself that I'ld give it another try. But this time around, I began my search (stilling using ask.com) differently. - This time around, I began typing in phrases like 'stalking from groups, 'stalked by groups of people', and 'groups stalking people'. Well, low and behind, Lynn Stuter's 'ARE YOU REALLY CRAZY OR ARE YOU BEING GANG STALKED' came up. Before I was even half-way finised reading this essay, I knew immediately that after damn near an entire year of research, I finally had found information related to the experiences I had been having for the past several months. And I finally could put a name to the experiences that I had been having; and I came to learn that the name of my experiences were known as Organzied Stalking, with several synonyms such as: 'Gang Stalking', 'Group Stalking', 'Predatory Gang Stalking', 'Vigilante Stalking', 'Multi Stalking', 'Cause Stalking'.

At this point, I started learning all I could about Organized Stalking to somehow protect myself from the harm that it had been causing me as well as the stress that it had brought into my life. Words that I had always used to describe my stalkers, such as "they" and "them" actually were termed as 'Perps' (short for perpetrators). I learned that the driving up and down the street fast was actually called 'tearing the road', the Perps placing their cars' high beamers on me while slowly turning the corner, was called 'Brightening', getting followed whereever I went was called 'Convoying'. I learned why my one of the persons that live on the same street (within a few houses from me) began turning the corner very slowly, just like the stalkers had done. I also learned why I never got a verbal or written assurance of the forming of an investigation, from the police department.

During the second week of January 2008, I began getting the noise campain. Alot of motorcyles began going up and down the hwy, 24/7. The train began chooing all throughout the day and night, persons constantly began riding up and down the street (that I live on) on dirt bikes, humming sounds began coming from all directions of my house.

A former friend started my Organized Stalking, after I gave my opinion to this former friend that the way in which they treated people and having sex with underage individuals was wrong. I never suspected that this individual would have been involved in such a horrific and evil crime.

During the third week of February 2008, while sitting down in the dining room, I heard a sharp buzz sound that bounced off the door knob connected to the door in the dining room. Two days later, the exact thing happens only except, the sound came closer (in terms of 'spatial proximity') to me. The best way I can explain these two events is that the sound sounded like a sharp, piercing sound that shot through the house and then hit the door knob that was connected to a door within the same room that I was sitting in at the time.
Note: No lights, tv, radio, air conditioner, or heater was on; and I was alone in the house at the timing of both events.

Morning of March 9, 2008, Sunday:
The noise campaing stoped (mostly).

March 10, 2008, Monday:
After taking a shower, with some 'natural' soap (made with Tea Tree) I've started experiencing severe itching on my legs and forearms. The sratching leaves me with bleeding scabs.

Evening of March 12, 2008, Wednesday:
The noise campaign started again (came back in full force).

March 16, 2008, Sunday:
After leaving a message on a help-call-group for TIs (Targeted Individuals) two weeks earlier, I got a return-phone-call.

March 17, 2008, Monday:
I began getting support from fellow TIs.

March 18, 2008, Tuedsay:
The same thing that happened during the third week of February 2008, happened today, between 2:00 a.m and 3:00 a.m.; but the difference was that I was sitting in the living room, (on the couch) talking on the phone and the buzz sound hit the door knob connected to the living room door.

March 19, 2008, Wednesday:
After getting off the phone with another TI, at 12:10 a.m., eleven minutes later, (while sitting on the couch, in the living room) I heard a 'ping' sound that bounced off the metal portion of the living room fan. This sound was a 'ping' sound and not a 'buzz' sound. This happened again, at 12:45 a.m (I was still in the living room, but only this time I was standing up, about to go in the dining room.); but this time I felt something move pass my forearm. What I felt didn't feel like a breeze of air (Note: No fan or air conditioner was on.), but more of something I had never felt before. This feeling didn't not move in my body, but it moved alongside/passed it. At this moment, I went into the dining room. At 1:35 a.m., the ping sound happen again (in the living room from the metal portion of the living room fan, not the buzz sound off the door knob connected to the door in the dining room). At 1:45 a.m., I began feeling like something or someone was somehow putting pressure into my brain or against my skull or brain. At first, the pressure was on the 'front, top, right side' of my brain; but by 1:55 a.m, the pressure reached all across my entire head. At 2:18 a.m., I was beginning to get sleepy, so I called it a night, and laid down in bed. As soon as I began falling off to sleep, I began hearing this sound taht sounded like 'the signal that you hear when you're at a railroad stop and the "X" poles come down to block off cars from crossing the railroad track to let the trains get through. Fron this moment on, I woke up every one (1) to one and a half (1 1/2) minutes. I tried changing sleeping postions (in my bed) and even got up and went into the living room to sleep on the couch, but none of that helped. Everytime I tred ato fall asleep, I was either awaken by the sounds of 'chooing of a train', a 'humming sound', or 'the sound of vehicles with extremely loud mufflers or loud engines, zooming down the street. But these sounds weren't coming from outside, this sounds were coming from the 'inside' of my head. During one of these wakenings, I heard a female's voice that said, 'Hi Tracy.' and upon my second to last wakening, I heard a male's voice, that said, 'That's right!', in a very commanding way. The second voice came at 7:57 a.m (I know it was 7:57 a.m, because I checked my cell phone, which I sleep with next to my bed.)
Note: The first voice came from withing my brain. The best way I can describe the second voice, is to ask you to the readers of my story to imagine yourselves sleeping, and all of a sudden someone puts their mouth close to the right-top-side of your head and the person speaks out to you. This is the best way I can explain these two happenings.
I tried to go back to sleep after wakeing up (at the 7:57 a.m time), but each minute to a minute and a half, I was wakened by the sounds described earlier. At 9:00 a.m., I finally just gave up (trying to sleep), and got out of bed and started my day. Also, I have NEVER had this kind of experience BEFORE becoming a victim of Organized Stalking, or anytime between July 27, 2006 (Thrusday) and March 19, 2008 (Wednesday) of 2:17 a.m. At 11:20 a.m, the pressure on the right side of my brain had more pressure than any other parts of my brain. At 11:50 a.m., I took the sprung out of the inside of a writing pen, and laced it throughout my hair, placing it up against where the pressure was. At 12:00 p.m., there was a noticable less pressure on this area. Ten minutes later, the pressure moved slightly downward, and I took another sprung and did the same thing. And again, there was less pressure in the area were I place this sprung. Around 1:30 p.m., the pressure was around my entire head. I took aluminum foil and placed completely around my head; and this eased much of the pressure. I left it on until I left the house to go to class, which was at 4:00 p.m. About 30 minutes into class (5:30 p.m.), the pressure quickly came back and covered the entire right-side of my brain; then the pressure spread itself to the very back of my head and then down the rightside of my neck. The spreading of the pressure stopped once it reached my collorbone (right side). About an hour into class, I got up to use the bathroom. Well, I happened to smell myself, and the smell wasn't that of a usual smell. The smell was that of an sharp 'acidy' smell.
Note: My inner self, had never smelled that way before. I am currently taking no prescriptions.

March 20, 2008, Thursday:
I called two (2) fellow TIs and they pretty much confirmed what I had suspected. I went to bed at 4:15 a.m. and just like the morning before (March 19, 2008, Wednesday) I experienced the same thing, but only one time. After that first time, I prayed to my Lord (Jesus Christ) and told Him I needed rest. I told him my mind was tired and I had only gotten less than a couple hours of sleep the morning before, and that I needed him to block whomever and whatever that was interferring with my sleep. He fullfilled my prayer. I slept from 4:40 a.m. to 10 a.m. AMEN! Today, I didn't go anywhere, so I was had my aluminum foil wrap on all today. I still can feel the pressure, but it's not as much as without it. My goal in life from here on out, it to just pray to Jesus Christ, keep faith in Him, be a shoulder and ear for fellow TIs and them for me, and financially support the Targeted Individual's cause. I, as a Targeted Individual am outright disgusted that these crimes exist and that national law enforcement agencies refuse to help us and even deny the very existence of these so-call "Non-lethal" weapons. Anytime a human being can take a machine of some-sort and shoot electromagnetic waves (which comes out of it the machine/laser) at another human being to stop them from sleeping and have them suffering from head pressure is very much lethal to me. May the God of non-Chrisitian Targeted Individuals be with them; and may Jesus Christ be with me AND all Christ-believing/loving Targeted Individuals.

On May 23, 2007 my son committed suicide.

UPDATE 04-19-2007:

There is something going on in my life right now that I desperately need help to try and get it stopped. I do believe that the military is involved in what is going on, or it’s someone trying to impersonate the military.

I had not mentioned in the following about how there were times that I tried to find safe places in my home to get away from the directed energy weapons that kept burning my body. There were also times when something would just hit me and make me so weak that I thought I was just going to die. I was scared to death, but who would have believed me. I did not have a clue of what it was, and the burning continued even while I tried to sleep at night.

I to this day cannot fully describe the terrorism that has been committed against me and the devastating affects this type of torture has left me with.

December 4th 2004 -Even though this is not when it all began

Going to the grocery store after dark --

As I had just made a turn on Railroad Ave., a car came up on my rear bumper so fast I thought it was going to hit me. I swerved off to the side of the road to let it pass.

As I was driving down Franklin Road, a car forced me over into the turn lane for oncoming traffic.

December 14th, 2004

Someone was fooling around making noises in the front and back yard during the night. (Sounds of someone jumping fence and someone scraping on cement) I did not sleep that night. (This had happened before where the girl from next door would come up onto our front porch and talk to our cat through the garage window. She and her friend would sit out in their car all night long, and honk the horn twice every time I went out in the front yard. She would also blast the car radio all night long. The power went out and someone was shining flashlights in the windows. I had also noticed when I walked the dog that this girl’s father would also sit out in the car all night. He is ex-military.

February 2, 2005

Around 9:30 PM -- I was lying on the floor watching the TV before drifting off to sleep when again, flashlights began shining in the windows. I got up to go look out front and saw a policeman walking up and down the sidewalk in front still shining the flashlight, so I flipped on the front yard light. The officer then knocked on the front door and told me that someone had reported seeing someone running into our back yard. He asked for permission to go back there and I said yes. He and some other officers went in back and searched the yard and trailer.
The same officer also had me open the garage door and get him a ladder to go over the fence for whoever they were looking for. I made my spouse get up to prove to him that this actually happened. All the policemen left about 1:00 am in the morning. I wasn’t expecting this and I had gotten to where I was just ignoring all the strange things going on outside at night.

Week-end of February 4th -- 6th

However, the week-end after this incident, noise outside at night was so bad that I didn’t sleep for about 48 hours straight. This included the neighbors daughter (?) who sat out in her car every night for 2 weeks straight blasting the car radio and taking off in the car real fast going up and down the street every five minutes or so. All night long, the road in front of my home was bumper to bumper traffic with the people in these cars honking their horns all night long. There was some form of light rays being projected all through my home. My spouse does not deny that all this commotion went on for two weeks straight. However, he now denies that any one was fooling around at night, even though he led me to believe he had our yard man fix the fence where someone could have possibly been jumping over it. He had also pointed out where someone had been standing outside our window in the back yard watching or listening to our conversations.

Sunday of the same week-end, the road out front was solid bumper to bumper traffic. If I was outside, everyone in these cars would obviously stare at me as they passed by. I had not seen this much traffic on this road, and I haven’t seen that much since that day. I made the remark to my spouse that the same cars were passing by over and over again. He said it was my imagination.

Sunday evening of the same weekend I left to pick up some groceries. I noticed a red and gray GMC pick up following me, so I pulled up to Warren’s Market on Clark Ave. to make it appear like I was going into that store. The same pick-up pulled up and parked on the street by the first house by the store. I sat there, he sat there. I finally got out of my car to go into the store -- so he proceeded to go in behind me. I turned back to my car to make it appear like I had forgotten something in it, so he turned around following me. (My nerves were already frayed because of all the strange things happening and no sleep, so I got back in my car and sat there.) The person that appeared to be following me went up to the house by where he had parked and stood there and started talking to whoever lived there. I sat in my car scared for a long time, then called my husband from my cell phone and told him my trip to the store wasn’t going to be too quick as I broke down crying because I was scared.

I finally got the nerve to leave the spot where I was at, only to be followed by cars that would zip up fast on my bumper, and then dart around me. I made it to Raley’s grocery store very scared and shaken and got some groceries. When I came out to the parking lot to leave, my son Andrew was waiting for me. My spouse had called him to come and check on me.

My boss at work witnessed someone in a truck waiting for me to leave work.

The week of February 7th

The same cars started following me everywhere I went (See pictures in book).

Every time I was alone in the house, someone would start banging on things outside (the dog would even bark at the noise. (By this time I was so tired from no sleep and scared that I had my son come and spend some nights with us during this week. I felt safe when he was there.)

My husband wanted to take me to the doctor to get some help -- he wanted to know how many sick days I had so he could hospitalize me. I told him not that many, as I had used most of it due to his cancer, then got out of the house fast to go to work.

February 10th

At work, one of the people I work with brought me a camera to take pictures of some of the cars that were following me. (My boss had noticed a strange person in a truck waiting for me to leave work one evening) During lunch time, I took the camera with me and this is when I got the picture of the vehicles buzzing me in the parking lot at Raley’s (Same cars had buzzed me at the Dancing Tomato Restraunt evening of Feb. 7th). I was so scared that I even had security walk me back out to my car. (Have picture of car blocking me.) (Co-worker at work gave me a camera) I continued to get pictures of as many of the cars involved in this as I could, but by this time they knew I had a camera.

I was so scared and my husband wouldn’t believe me, so I went and spent the night with my son.
(Finally some sleep).

Feb. 12th

Same street theatre where ever I went, including a car forcing me into the oncoming lane on Franklin Road again.

That evening my Dad showed up to have me committed. I told him to leave.

First week of April --

The street theatre was so bad going to and from work and outside my home that I finally was wore down from it.

May 16th

Spouse started in about money before work this am. Told him I couldn’t talk about it right now -- didn’t want to go to work upset. He said I didn’t want to work anymore period. I said that’s not true, that my job was all I had.

May 16th

Some heat source in the house was dehydrating me and blistering my lips. Co-worker gave me blistex -- sister saw blistered lips (for the 2nd time). There was also some form of static electricity flowing through the house.

In between this time, the plant from my Mom’s funeral that has lived for 4 years died within 2 days. The microwave oven blow the power out when it wasn’t even in use while we were sleeping- created a big flash around 5:00 am. (Since then, a lamp has blown-up, the television has blown, the clock on the stove has blown up and the doorbell has blown up.)

At one time we received 22 hang-up calls in a 15 minute time frame.

July 3rd -- ignition in my car blew up -- had to leave it down at Roseville Toyota for a few days.

Between June 3rd and July 4th

Comment from spouse about a car checking him out on the way to the races in Antiock -- he’s going to find out if the tinted windows have any gang connection -- wouldn’t want to get shot with a sawed-off shot gun.

Marysville Policeman Kevin Conde said there were no incidents reports filed for anything around our home during the week of Feb 1st -- 4th.

Exact same episodes occur about every 3 to 4 months

Have pictures of the car mobbing in sequence in a photo album

My husband at one-time raced cars and his son-in-law and grandson still do, so during the racing months he goes to watch them weekly. He once made the remark to me that someone wanted to have done to someone else saying that there were so many race car driver friends that could follow a person everywhere they went until it drove them absolutely insane.

During this period --

The long distance phone service was cut off
The power was shut off
The water was shut off
The newspaper was shut off

These bills were not even two months behind.

My car got totaled on the way to work July 12, 2004 -- the person ran a stop sign at about 60 miles an hour. The person was uninsured.

October 27, 2006

These notes do not include the holographic created illusions. I would sleep on the family room floor in front of the television at night -- and the exact same illusion would appear out the front door window every 3 to 4 nights. It was just like a movie that repeated. Also, one day, a plant beside my kitchen sink would just start vibrating and the plants outside around a tree would do the same. The house creaks real loud in a certain spot. We had the only bird in town (in the neighbor’s tree that would sing so loud all night long that I couldn’t sleep for months (noise sensitizing). The neighbor said once -- oh, that bird bothers us too, but they would never attempt to chase it away. I took the hose one night to squirt it out of the tree and the same neighbor called the police on me. Before this, the same neighbor had stood outside at 2:00 am in the morning hollering towards our house "Good Morning Neighbor" -- they wanted to keep me awake so I wouldn’t miss all hallucinations and the noise outside they were creating.

This might not seem like a lot, but I just don’t know how to describe the terror of these events and it would take me a lot of time to add what I’ve left out. It was not until I started doing searches on the internet (key words "cars following me everywhere" and the terms gang-stalking and electronic harassment came up before I realized what was happening to me.

In closing, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my story. I do believe that if this type of organized stalking can be exposed, then the people that this has been done to can begin to heal. To this day I still love my job, even though there were many times when it has been very difficult for me to keep going.

I'm not sure what I did, or what I know, that caused me to become a target, but it is very obvious that most of the perps have been convinced that I am some kind of a problem, a threat, a nuisance, a whistle blower or even a criminal. I am certain that I have most likely been framed, and have definitely been lied about in order to ruin my reputation, my credibility and my life! Whatever the lies are, I don't know for sure. However, it has been subtly hinted to me, by the perps, that the lies are many. I have received hints that I was somehow involved with drugs, and that I was a mental case and was considered dangerous. God knows what else has been going on about me!

I have been a victim of organized stalking for more than 12 years by local politicians, city officials, private investigators, church organizations, former and current law enforcement personnel, various police organizations (my husband and I were even a member of one of them until we realized we were one of their TIs!), EMTs, fire fighters, their relatives, friends, and various businesses that support them via auxiliary groups. Also by phone utility workers, National Guardsmen, military personnel and the intelligence community. I recently found out by putting two and two together that I am even being "watched" by certain neighbors with CB radios that can quickly spread the word about my comings and goings. One of those neighbors even shot one of my cats and "the law" did nothing!

My stalking experiences involve numerous repetitive tactics, some of which have been receiving constant and frequent "wrong number" phone calls and spoofing caller ID calls [not really coming from the number that shows up on the caller ID...Research Spoofing phone calls] trying to make me think that everyone is out to get me. Also by receiving calls that claim to be from local police, state police and fire fighters asking for donations. My privacy has been severely invaded by the perps through eavesdropping on my conversations in my own home [wireless bugging], as well as on my conversations from my ground wire telephone and cell phone. The perps always make it a point to let me know that they have eavesdropped on other people's conversations that I am associated with as well... [AKA roving wire tapping]. The perp's sadistically taunt me by letting me know what they've heard in my conversations by various methods. One method is by having lots of junk mail and spam e-mail sent to me with my conversation-related subject matter in them. Another method is by making sure that I am within ear shot of their acquaintances, "hired strangers" or passersby that are quoting words and even complete exact phrases derived directly from my private conversations [AKA street theatre]. Other measures of harassment have included suppressing my efforts to make and keep friends, or to hold a job by causing those efforts to fail through mobbing or lies. This always makes those failed efforts appear to be self imposed. They have even screwed up appointments or service calls that I've arranged by phone and always manage to make it look accidental or as if it were screwed up by worker incompetence. I'm very sure that even my local post office and rural carriers are involved as there have been many occasions of late, lost and opened mail.

Shadow surveillance [not so shadowy] has been one of the main tactics of harassment. Different perps will either follow me to my destinations or are already there ahead of me and make no effort to stay hidden...[obviously having been alerted by one or some of my neighbor perps because when they are there ahead of me, then they must know I was going there. It is also very obvious that they've spread lies about me, causing people who were once friendly toward me to suddenly turn against me. They've managed to isolate me from family and old friends by causing tension, disagreements, suspicion and doubt between us. They have weaseled their way into the lives of my family and friends [unbeknown st to MOST of them] in order to orchestrate the wedging.

They have even attempted to destroy my only child's life and his self esteem by networking their poison through his jobs and his attempted service to country during basic training, then making it all look "self imposed" as well! Another really stressful method of harassment for me has been with private and military planes, as well as with state and military helicopters sporadically buzzing illegally low over my home at all hours of the day or night. I've even taken pictures of some of these planes and helicopters and reported the incidents to the FAA and military authorities, but I've never received a response and nothing was done about it. I suppose they thought I was just a crazy, paranoid, powerless housewife!

I also have very strong reasons to believe that the perps are electronically harassing me with DEWs [Direct Energy Weapons]...things such as pulse wave weapons directed from planes and cell phone towers, causing severe pain in my head and various other health problems such as lethargy, depression, memory loss, etc. The electronic harassment is most frequent when I am home alone [probably because there are no witnesses]. I luckily got a chance to record a pulse wave method once and have it filed away for future evidence. The perps have also used objects such as radar guns to transmit short voice messages to me, usually when I am outside in my back yard or in my bed...obviously to make me think I am hearing voices in my head, and to cause me to start doubting my own mental health. NOTE: There is a big difference in the way we hear external voices caused by DEWs as opposed to hearing voices from within our own heads such as from schizophrenia. [Research it!].

I have kept records of almost everything, and have even done some investigating on my own because going to "the law" is not an option, for obvious reasons. I even contacted the DOJ, but was ignored. Nevertheless, one thing that I have come to realize through all of this is...that we, the people of the United States of America, are not really free. Freedom is just an illusion, and you are only able to keep that illusion if you do not step on the toes of the wrong people, even if you stepped on them inadvertently, because if you do, or even if "they" think you are threat, a whistle blower, a dissident, a nuisance or any problem to "their world" at all, then you WILL most likely become a targeted individual.

This letter is in support of any initiative to investigate the alleged Nonconsensual Human Experimentation and Harassment (described below), which includes use of:

* Directed Energy Weapons,
* Energetic Manipulations and
* Behavioral Modification technologies

by remote or local means applied to either individuals or groups of personnel. To date, no party has formally identified themselves as responsible, and much of the harassment is remotely applied, using action-at-distance methods.

I am a Targeted Individual in the parlance of this all-encompassing blight that afflicts me and is very similar to allegations of others who identify themselves in this way. This means that I am contained within a total surveillance envelope and am additionally harassed in the form of :

* gangstalking, both ambulatory and vehicular everywhere I go in public (arranged by color of clothing or vehicle),

* noise campaigns, selectively applied and usually coincidental with my activities, thoughts or other noises,

* application of extra-gravitational energies to foil my movements, drop items on the floor, surreptiticiously move objects (including my motor vehicle),

* remotely applied sabotage of electronic devices, both electromagnetic field strength meters and consumer electronics (e.g. CD players, headphones),

* a disproportionate number of itches and skin lesions that are uncharacteristically persistent,

* dynamic application of dithering my governing mental faculties for judgement, recall, planning, speech, syntax, motivation and coordination on a preplanned basis, (often coincident with noise events and extra-gravitational stunts),

* selectively applied vision impairments, either persistent for durations or applied to specific events such as seeing someone for the first time in the day,

* constant invasion, monitoring and sabotage of my computer and online activities, including covert changes and deletions of computer files,

* dynamically applied non-standard PC Windows behavior usually in conjunction with dithering of finger coordination to force typographical errors at significant rates that were never experienced before in over 30 years of computer keystroking experience,

* rendered as incapable of having employment for no organic medical condition,

* containment in a densified electromagnetic field at all times, (>200 Gauss in 2002-12), and

* assault with single or stroboscopic flashes with plasma (red, blue, yellow and violet most often) and maser beams/matrices (white, light blue or grey) wherever I temporarily locate myself, both privately and publically.

The goal of this harassment appears to be at least mind-control research, made apparent by selectively applied and progressively greater impairment of mental faculties since this overt harasment began 2002-04-15. The noise, color coordinated vehicle gangstalking and energetic plasma and maser intrusions have been witnessed by other personnel. My psychiatrist concluded that I was “persecuted”. This criminal harassment began when I was working in Seattle WA, and drove me from employment to currently reside in Victoria, BC, Canada.

As stated, this harassment began in overt form in 2002, but there are a considerable number of indicators that it was conducted on a covert basis for all of my life, beginning at birth. There has been a number of unusual behaviors and external events that have commonality with this current intensified overt harassment.

Past harassment phases has also included the application of substantial head pains (avoidable by movement), disorienting lights and stroboscopic flashes, intense skin itchiness, theft of belongings (minor), laser and maser assaults to my eyes, selective vision impairment, apartment intrusions the day after the locks were changed, disruption of sleep and all regular diurnal activities.

I was coming out of the supermarket yesterday when I felt a familiar feeling: shivery and headachy. I have come to associate this feel with a van parked outside my flat, narrow-casting a certain sound vibration at me through its walls. Surprised as well as distressed, I tried to see if I could hear the sound in question. Sure enough there was the van of a well known security firm, stationary, some yards south of my right ear. Perfectly still but with its engine going at full tilt, and underneath it all the horrible sound vibration. As I usually do, and with some difficulty, I fished out a pen and took its number and make. I have noticed that the torturer van drivers always look very happy and cheerful doing their wicked work so I decided to take his description as well. Asian, in a yellow shirt, with a well-kept glossy black moustache. I suppose he is a "moderate muslim"

There are quite a few strange people outside my house, pretending to look things up on the map or read the newspaper. actually they are waiting for the plane. There is usually a plane or helicopter hovering around. I assume it is a police craft,

I was incredulous myself, shocked and awed for a very long time. When I first saw the rays coming through the walls, I was not only shocked at the phenomenom, which is astonishing enough, but also that the entire apparatus of secret government was being brought to bear against me, just to satisfy the malice and prejudice of a few people. These few must be very important indeed to have such influence, and, of course, that makes me even more important. I doubt if even the Queen of England has received the attention that I have received in the past several years, round the clock attention from the secret police.

Normally you wouldn't be aware of it, but I had become aware that something was going on, if only by the smug expressions on the neighbours faces! So I began to block off parts of the flat from light, thus unwittingly forcing "them" to up the power they were using. The higher the power, the less secret the result becomes, it would make the rays visible. I can then avoid them or occlude them. Extra waves would then have to be generated to acheive the same purpose. and now I can always tell when they are at work.

I wake in pain with blisters and burns most mornings. My eyes have been burned causing pain and temporary loss of vision.

Gleaned from 2or 3 dozen incidents here involving the need for hospital care and the information I have gotten on websites and on the calls: Language I found useful in seeking medical attention for directed energy victims during an acute assault is to tell staff that you're political dissidents. Most halfway educated persons are still familiar with that term and here, at least, it has evoked a protective response. Then I immediately explain that patient has taken a directed energy hit. This lets you explain that the weapon is heating the top of the head, chest, full-body whichever. Heart issues: they're probably hitting the top of the head. This is more acute. It can look like more of a breathing issue because microwaves also cause a histamine (allergy type) response. Some people will experience swelling in the neck or breathing passages and will need to be treated similiarly as for a bee sting--but trying to forgo meds that produce rapid heartbeat. Dr.s will look at you a little blank, but want to help. Some are interested in learning to treat something they aren't that familiar with. Heart issues: I then have popped up with "I understand that this is treated by cooling the affected areas and with valium or beta blockers." Your Dr. is going to make sure this is appropriate before he proceeds, but this gives him a starting place to look at treatment since a natural heart attack is treated entirely differently. Since the perps will probably keep on frying your loved one in the hospital, you don't want to keep quiet while they perform all the usual tests, as patient can go into an unstable rhythm while you're waiting. Keep a strip thermometer in your pocket as Dr.s are show-me types, you'll need to whip it out and show them that the brain pan (forehead) is 103F or more (often) while their oral temp or ear is only 99F. Bear in mind that if the forehead is 103, deep inside the brain it's hotter, and tell your Dr. that. He doesn't know how these weapons work usually. Most Dr.s will not have seen this before, or they have, but they don't know how to treat it.. Internal core temps in some assaults can be much higher. If you suspect that, demand a rectal temp. The new swipe thermometers are really unreliable and worse than useless in treating a directed energy hit. Your enemy is heat. Most people do not experience seizures below about 105F which is immediately life threatening. Delirium varies from person to person, but it's 104F thereabouts. In the presence of seizures that little strip thermometer is life saving. They can pump your loved one full of anti-convulsants all day long and it's not going to help if the brain is too hot. Have seen 99.5 orally with brain hot enough to produce seizures or heart arhythmia. If you're getting ignored, because they're busy don't be afraid to be proactive and get ice packs yourself for the patient. This also serves as visual cue for staff that you know something is objectively wrong and that it needs to be treated more promptly. At home while you're waiting for the ambulance, if the whole body is being heated, the icepacks go over all major blood vessels---groin, neck and armpits. Prolonged seizure will require glucose IV. As to brain death: I've sustained 107F many times without a lot of noticable deficit. Common questions you'll have to field and my stock answers: What's a dissident?" A: I protest government abuses. "Protest What?" A: The use of energy weapons on American citizens. "Why was she attacked? A: "I have no idea." Persists: "She may be (or we think she is) a victim of illegal government experiments." Be sure and say illegal. What kind of weapon? A: If you know , say so, but it's okay to say you really don't know, only that it's some kind of directed energy weapon. You sound more intelligent saying you don't know than coming up with a shakey answer. My stock answer is " a microwave weapon" [Everyone knows microwaves produce heat and burns.] Who did this? A: I have no idea---This is something never to waver on, once the police arrive, if they're being respectful and receptive, then you can tell them your theories, but it's not always a good idea to elaborate no matter how sympathetic they are. Use some discretion. Officer on scene may be fine, but his boss may be a perp. "Where was this weapon from?' A: We think they're directed by satellite. Who's we? (hostile) "Freedom from covert harrassment and surveilance." What's that? A human rights organization.

One last thought: I have ordered Dr.s to put my loved one in the nearby tiled bathroom and to pack him or her (or the affected area) in ice. Because I spoke calmly, respectfully and with authority, they have often obeyed. Cheap institutional tile sometimes blocks the majority of the energy. Keep the patient's head below the level of the tile.

I have been reviewing different websites trying to reach a conclusion who these individuals are. I have reviewed several military sites and government sites and found that e weapons are definitely in use on the battlefield and are readily available to anyone who has enough money to buy them. My situation started several years ago when I started complaining about all the drug trafficking in our neighborhood. I have made over 50 complaints to the local police department about vandalism of our property, break ins, out right threats from these people, etc. I was told that if I didn't shut up that members of the local police force and county would get me and I would be sorry (this was from a neighbor who was openly dealing in our neighborhood). Since that I have had my mailbox blown up 60 ft down the road by a home made bomb, gasoline thrown on my garage door, numerous break ins, dog poisoned, bizarre phone calls, vandalized mail . They have stepped up the harassment by lasering me and my mother continuously while we are in our home. This is accompanied by a needles and pins feeling or a constant uncomfortable pressure in one spot. We started noticing brown spots and scarring occurring in some of the spots. Their favorite spot to hit seems to be in the temple or in the shoulder blade in my back. With some research. I found that this is usually directed with a laser and lasers bounce off mirrors. So when I felt like I was under attack I put up a mirror. The (pressure) would immediately stop and move to another spot not protected by the mirror. I also have a Geiger counter and found unexplained radiation spikes coming through my home.

At this point I am followed down the road everywhere I go. They keep stepping up the harassment to the point where they have tried to run me off the road on several occasions. Several weeks ago they tried to do the same to my sister who immediately called 911. These people often ride down the road with full headlights on bright during the day and often have a small flag pasted on their back window or bumper. I also have noticed a big percentage of them are smokers. I have seen them carrying files. I do believe these people are trained in the same way because their actions seem to follow the pattern that "gangstalkers" use in harassing people. The motivation here seems to keep anyone from complaining about the drug dealers in our neighborhood. My only advice to other people being attacked is to make copies of information stating the plain facts about e weapons and how available they are. For information to copy look under DEW (directed energy weapons) in military and government sites. Carry a small pocket size camera and a tape recorder to record unusual events or people. Ask for copies of police reports. Carry a small mirror with you. If you are being lasered , face the reflective side of the mirror out, if it is a laser it will bounce it. If you find yourself surrounded by these people politely smile and leave at your leisure do not let them set you up to make you look like a nut. Do not let them engage you with rude comments or behavior. I repeat do not let these people make you loose control that is their goal. Explain to friends and family the simple fact is that they are a gang that uses electronic weapons instead of knives and guns. I think if you explain it to people in those terms instead of government conspiracies that cannot be proven it gives your cause more validity. I do not pretend to know who sponsors these gangs. I believe these people belong to this gang for the same reason people belong to other gangs or cults. It gives them a sense of power and control over other people. I hope this information helps. My heart goes out to anyone being tortured in this manner.

You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

I am a history major and former U. S. Army Reservist who has been targeted for harassment for many years despite no criminal record or participation in secret societies. I lived in the Philippines, Thailand, and Japan growing up, and was always loyal to the United States, but now I believe I am targeted for harassment with equipment developed by the U.S. Government. I believe that the government agencies involved in secret research programs like the CIA’s COINTELPRO never stopped when in the 1970’s the U. S. Congress ordered them to; they just went deeper underground.

My story is somewhat complex, as I have been harassed in many places in the USA and Japan: Kansas City, MO (1995); U.S. Army Camp Zama, Japan (1995-1996); Seattle, WA (1996); Santa Barbara, CA (1996-1997); El Paso, TX (1997); Washington, DC (1997); Ellsworth, ME (1997); and since 1997 in Boston, MA. Like many targeted individuals, I have tried travel to escape my abusers, without success. I have been harassed on the street by what seemed to be criminal groups, but since March of 1995 my harassment has consisted largely of sexual stimulation which keeps me awake unless I take strong sleep medication. It also makes it hard to concentrate or work. I have been told by a psychiatrist (Dr. Brad Reddick of Massachusetts General Hospital) and a neurologist (Dr. Price, also of MGH) that I do not have the symptoms of any known illness. I am harassed horribly, however, and I request that the technology and tactics of the perpetrators be researched and obstructed. I realize my story sounds implausible, but therein lies the power of the ploy: few would believe the story on its face, and acquisition of evidence is extremely difficult. And, like many targets, when I tell the police I am being stalked by a group, they refuse to help and try to depict me as being mentally ill. It seems they have orders which cover this situation, as the response seems uniform across the nation. One would expect at least some to be sympathetic, but in fact all that has developed is that some police confidentially admit to special orders about complaints like ours which effect an obstruction of justice. The many abuse victims I am in contact with tell similar stories. As for many of us, my abuse has caused me significant difficulty in relating to friends, family, and co-workers. I normally just tell people I have difficulty concentrating as the truth sounds so strange. I have reason to believe there are many others harassed around the world whose story just sounds too implausible to be believed, so they suffer in silence.

I hope for an investigation and lawsuit to end and receive compensation for my and other targets’ harassment, allowing us to resume our normal lives. This is your duty and you are trained for this, so I hope for justice at last.

My name is Darren McMahon and I am also a target. I once shared your desire to keep a low profile while I was being harassed, but I have changed my strategy. I now believe that the best strategy for combating these crimes is to expose myself whenever and wherever possible. This means not being afraid to reveal my name, phone number, and address when conveying my harassment to others. An email with your contact info is more credible in my opinion than an anonymous one. It also allows people to contact you who might be interested in learning more about your experiences. The organization that is perpetrating these crimes must remain in the shadows. They realize that once the general public starts hearing and talking about these crimes, their activities will be endangered. Yes, this does open myself to criticism and scorn my some, but if I talk to enough people, there will be some open-minded people that will eventually listen.

I believe that we as targeted individuals must ORGANIZE. And we should not be afraid to reveal our identities to the public. It is the only way to free ourselves from this bondage.

I have been a target of electronic harassment for almost a year now. For a long while I thought that I may have had a mental illness. About four months ago I realized it was harassment. I discovered that I was feeling a jolt accompanied by a substitution of my thoughts. After researching mental illness extensivly, I found no evidence that jolting and twitching was included in any mental illness such as schizophrenia, ect. I have felt the 'electronic rape' as well as voice to skull. I was once a pronouced activist and musician and I have been slowed to a halt as a result of this technology. I was also a college student but now I am unable to concentrate enough to continue my education. The jolting, along with the attack on my subconcious continues. They bombard me with negative images constantly and I have been striped of my desires. This is indeed tourture. I have not pin pointed the exact perps, but I know the government has this technology. They also hit me with induced hallucinations and induced dreams. I've even been on 5 anti-pycotics and obviously, nothing has worked. These perps have hijacked my personality in so many ways and I seriously need relief.

Hello , My Name is Donald Valentine Jr.I am currently living in Northville Michigan which is basically A rich to Upper class area.I was living in Detroit Michigan prior to moving here to escape ORGANIZED GANGSTALKING.Well since moving here it has become worse.I've been I victim of organized gang stalking for the past 5 years and I still have no idea why since I'm not really a successful person.I have no idea why anyone would want to even pay attention to someone like me unless I have been set up for something I didn't do.My stalkers seem to be everywhere I go including other states.I am a truck driver and whatever state I happen to be in at the time some type of stalking occurs.I feel this is only possible through satellite technology.I feel once A target is chosen A satellite signal is locked on the target and alerts members of organized stalking cults which are in every state in this country when the target is within range.I've noticed when driving down the highway when I come within range of an organized or vigilante stalker they immediately look at their cellphones , which we now know have Internet capabilities.I believe programs can be downloaded on pc's and cellphones that patch the organized stalker into A satellite system which locks on a target.I think each target has his or her personal access code to make it easy to watch that individual.My stalkers ( more so when I lived in Detroit ) like to use direct energy weapons to harass me , possibly make me ill and to deprive me of sleep.So Far I have been able to combat these attacks through a strong will to survive and healthy eating , exercising and taking vitamins and natural supplements.These direct energy weapons that these groups possess seem to have no limitations on how far they can be used to attack A target since I am constantly attacked even while driving from state to state.What I am doing now is making this type of vigilante action known to the public.It is amazing how many people are going through this type of torture.What I am hoping is for the victims of this torture to stop being victims , get together , and start fighting back.The same way they have power in numbers so can the victims.

I am being harassed and followed by the fire dept, police,ups workers, mailman's,truck drivers,thugs and people, neighbors, and especially this people on motorcycles, they usually dress in black, they are male and white and there's lots of them,and they look like wealthy people,I have about a year and a half like this,ive wanted to sue the fire dept so badly but don't know how to? or if some lawyer would want to... I went to Miami and it was the same, I went to the Dominican republic and also the same thing, I hear voices of people talking and I hear a beep, I cant sleep at night, they have deprived me of sleep, I also have dreams of craziness, I talk on my sleep and cant sleep, they read my mind and sometimes I feel radian or electric shocks, there's people 24 hrs. a day in my neighborhood watching me in the parking of my area, beeping their horns, so I can know is them, that im being watched, this started when I lived at 3021 heath ave apt.9 Bronx, nyc 10463,my neighbors from that whole building were against me as a matter of fact the whole area, especially this Mexican family that lived at apt right next to mine, they always slammed doors and never spoke to me, it was like a conspiracy with the whole building, they also had the thugs from the area to drive me crazy this kind of head games, now I lived at 1970 Amsterdam ave apt.8j new York, new York, and my neighbors also harassed me from apts 8p right next to mine, and 9j on top of me, the use some kind of voodoo or black magic because I hear the people on top me me throwing stuff the same thing happened at my other apt in the Bronx, the neighbor on top of me, and I still go through the same thing maybe even worsted, I have to related to the fire dept. of the Bronx, where I first lived, because they always seemed to come out wherever I go, its terrible,so do truck drivers, its a way of intimidation, it has affected my 2 children, they are 14 and 16 year old,they made me lose my apt.,my daughter does not go to school,my welfare or Medicaid is denied, if I look for help it is not given to me, people seemed to followed and warn people not to help me,also the ambulances seem to followed me especially from the Allen pavilion hospital at 168 st. in Manhattan, this all started really happening since my mother was hospitalized there,I had some money issues problems with my mother, they seemed to have investigated me, they are able to read my mind, and know where am going and who I talk too, im willing go to any TV programs or radio station or do anything for this to be known publicly. thanks milagros cedano telephone 19175219108 1970 Amsterdam ave 8j new York new York 10032

This letter (email) is to express my claim for being subjected to targeting effects by some form of electronic means. I (Bob Dunlap) was first targeted and harassed starting in 1997 while living in Redding California, in Northern California. The targeting effects are many and varied, each affecting directly the mind and central nervous system of my body. The targeting effects have been experienced as being of local and/or of distant origin and can be either/or internal or an external phenomena. The means behind this remote targeting technology remains at this time, unclear. However, I do have audio/video recordings as physical evidence of these targeting effects. Also, many aspects of this remote targeting technology can be detected and recorded using standard recording techniques. Communications has shown that many TIs all suffer the very same kind of physical and psychological effects. Physical evidence for this can be had by careful study and analysis.

In 2001, I moved from Redding California to Fort Smith Arkansas and the targeting effects soon followed. However, the type of targeting has changed significantly. To this day, I remain a targeted individual, TI. Monitored and targeted for surveillance by sources and means currently unknown.

One night I was on the phone talking to the filmmaker who made our television commercial.  Later that same night he was on the phone with a lady friend of his and while he was on the phone with her the phone went quiet.  He said he kept calling her name and she didnt answer.  He told me that he stayed on line with her and on another phone he called another friend to go to her house - she had dropped dead while on the phone with him!  She was only 28 years old with no ill medical conditions - directed energy weapons or electroc magnetic radiation I believe.  There are a multitude of scenarios such as this, celebrities included.  But do Governing Authorities inquire . . . no . . .  these crimes are not even on their list.

I'm a 61 year old woman who has been harassed, in just about every way possible, the worst is electronically and via satellite for the past 6 years, following a fall out with a pain management doctor This doctor continually overdosed me and after my crashing as a result which required hospitalization, he blamed me by saying I was constantly demanding more meds and made him give them to me. As I said I'm a 61 year old weighing in at about 90 pounds, he on the other hand is 6'5" weighing in at 190 pounds. which creates the impossibility factor in his statements. I am followed, everywhere I go, shocked regularly, have a high pitched sound in my ear especially after I wash my hair. (I think to re-establish contact. I wake each morning to the sound of some kind of machine that was put in our crawlspace to keep an even closer watch on me, the humming is driving me insane. When standing outside for any length of time I will notice a bright white light on the ground close to me and know I'm just minutes away from feeling as if a hundred or more pounds are pushing down on me. I'm actually losing finger and toenails from that pressure and get horrible headaches too. Recently I made a miraculous recovery from back surgery, and decided to wean myself off pain meds. (methadone) since that time all hell has broken loose, I began hearing noises under the floor of my bedroom and soon felt something spraying on my skin, which has caused a horrible rash by burning my skin. My father is 86 years old and is in the hospital right now. I am having the strangest experiences with the public including the nurses on the floor wear my dad is being treated. When my dad was put on the floor necessary for his illness, the nurses were wonderful with me, within a couple of days there was a drastic change in their personality. The began looking at and treating me like I was a criminal who had done something unforgivable, there looks alone had me wanting to hide. Each day a new nurse would come in and we would be great friends for a while, but it wasn't long until that all changed too.

What I wish I knew who would have caused such actions that would make me feel shameful. I keep thinking that it is the DEA. I feel as if they were told I needed to be watched because I'm so dangerous or other horrible lies. I dream of having my old life back. and my dignity. My mail has been tampered with for the last year regularly especially any item having to do with my medical care. I also suspect my computer is being monitored. Trying to find away to prove it. I keep wondering at what point I entered hell. The worst thing for me is that my x-husband (whom I live with due to sharing an Autistic son, is co-operating with what I refer to as my prison guards of life.

I've thought of writing to doctor phil and have tried but again my mail does not always go through. Even with a new post office box the mail I receive has obviously been tampered with, I'm stunned at how obvious they are about doing it. I bring it to the attention of the post office worker's and they just tell me that mail gets handled by a lot of people and damaged gets done. I want to say ok let compare my mail to that of eveCory post office box around me!

* The first time I visited a particular internet cafe, the cafe was broken into that night. The owner said it took the police 2-3 hours to arrive. The police officer said he couldn't find a particular street, which is one of the most well-known major streets in the city. (Berkeley, Ca., 2007)

* Within two days of starting a new job the front of that business was seriously vandalized. (Oakland, Ca., 2006)

* An  AIRLINE FLIGHT  I was to have taken was sabotaged. (San Diego, Ca., 2003)

* In a display of "solidarity" two police cars had parked in front a retail storefront I and a colleague were visiting. This is but one example of the harassment that various police departments and police officers are involved in. (Oakland, Ca., 2007)

* On 4 separate occasions the police department participated in street theater in front of my apartment. (Oakland, Ca., 2004 - 2007) 

* The day after I filed a report with the FBI Oakland, California, to investigate the organized stalking and electronic harassment I'm experiencing, two directed energy weapons murders occurred in Oakland. (2007)

* There have been directed energy weapon - based murders of at least 15 people that I'm aware of, 4 of those being celebrities. These are just the ones I am sure of!

Unlawful surveillance and directed energy weapons attacks are being carried out on many thousands of U.S. citizens against their will and without their consent, knowledge or notification. These covert harassment operations, consisting of psychological operations, organized stalkings and neuralogical attacks are essentially a continuation of the COINTELPRO and MKULTRA FBI and CIA programs which targeted citizens with discrediting campaigns and conducted mind control experiments on human subjects beginning in the 1950s and was investigated by the Church and Rockefeller committee congressional hearings in the 1970s.

This harassment has increased significantly in the past couple of decades and today victims number in the thousands, if not millions. Victims are chosen because they are corporate whistle blowers, for reasons of revenge, or because they are loners and thus easy targets. They are not criminals or terrorists, nor do they pose any threat to the U.S. Once targeted, they are usually targeted for the remainder of their lives. Many have been targeted for over 20 years. Many feel this is being coordinated by members of extremist groups and cults operating within government agencies via classified projects as part of a new world order movement with the goal of establishing a rogue shadow government. This is sometimes referred to as "the silent holocaust" due to the victims who have died as a result.

About 2 years ago I became a target of this harassment. Every time I leave my home I am followed by stalkers recruited from citizens within my community. They follow me wherever I go, on the road, into stores and restaurants, on airplanes, even across the country. I've moved and the harassment followed me to my new residence. Neighbors have been recruited to engage in noise campaigns. At home I am hit with directed energy weapons which induce annoying tingling sensations, headaches, ringing noises in my ears, and sharp pains that feel like electrical shocks. I've spoken with the police about this several times but they failed to investigate, as did the FBI. This harassment is typical of what other victims are experiencing.

This government-sanctioned abuse of U.S. citizens is an attack on our freedom. It is an embarrassment to U.S. constitutional principals and America as a whole. Please do what you can to educate the public about this. With education comes awareness, and with awareness comes change.

I have been the target of electronic harassment and gangstalking for over two years. I worked for a state government agency in California and filed a discrimination claim with EEOC. When I did this the attacks intensified with co=workers and supervisors joining in the mobbing, gangstalking and street theater activities. I began to take notes and licence numbers of the perpetrators. I went to the police to report in home breaking and entering, stalking, mail tampering, computer crashes and phone taps. Nothing was done. I complained to officials about police inactivity, and it seems the county sheriff is involved in this and participating in intimidation by always being about when I go out of my home. The electronic harassment include head pain, brain attacks, ELF wave attacks and sexual attacks on my internal and external intimate organs. The latter sexual attacks happens continually when I am at home and to a lesser extend when I go out and about. I am constanly followed by men carrying huge backpacks which I think may contain the equipment used to harrass me electronically. I also have seen vehicles with government license plates in the vicenity. Just typing this memo ie difficult because my email is being erased as I type it. Someone has hacked into my email account and blocking emails. Vechicles bearing fire dept and animal control logos also are frequently following/stalking.

Key elements I find in your text come to surface with a few single words: hate, power, torture and control.

I think that participating organisations in psychological terror stalking (gang stalking), be they HOA based or extra-military (formers offering service), are made up of people who have influence, and can influence anyone, from local police to retail, travel, health services, hosptials, and possibly governmental public offices and services, as some have noted.

From my perspective, it is serious torture. Psychologically tortured on a daily basis, chemicals covertly administered (for some targets like myself), neutralized to the point that I can't begin to look for work. They control me.

I can't begin to imagine how much money has been spent on causing torture directed at myself. Of course there has been the self pay 'Terror Clinics and Terror Camps' (psyche ward/rehab), pushed into these facilities by perpetrator influenced family members, for the sole purpose of discrediting, and most of all to be psychological terrorized on a daily basis.I call this terror on the installment plan. It is sure to damage ones credit rating, pile large bills quite high, while shattering ones autonomy, crumbling ones integrity, crushing ones dignity, and leave one traumatized. It does seem that I exist for the sole purpose of be terrorized.

They, the terrorists (gang stalking organisers), love me, for I have been quite neurotic all my adult life ( though consistently mentally stable). They love the sensitive neurotic types. Ideal for their psychological torture, ontological terror, mental conditioning and violence.

From my own experience, this is what the Perps are capable of:

They can track you and zap your head (brain) with electromagnetic invisible, penetrating beams and control head movement, eye movement, disrupt speech, induce thoughts, induce voice-to-skull communication, induce words into your talking, make you sleepy, keep you awake, make you hungry, suppress your appetite, cause you to become confused and disorientated, make you dizzy, disrupt movement of your extremities, control sex, sexual appetite, orgasms, etc.

They can track you and zap you with electromagnetic invisible, penetrating beams and cause you to itch or burn or feel pain, disrupt the normal function in organs, cause changes in growing fetuses, retard normal growth in children, make changes to how a person looks and feels, etc.

They can use satellites see into and through any building (from space) and follow you anywhere you go. Many people find this hard to believe but it's their bread-and-butter operation and it's why I can't get away from them and hide. This capability, combined with the capability to track and zap you with space-to-ground electromagnetic, invisible, penetrating beams, makes them almost invincible to an outside attack. This is why they are so arrogant. Also, they can be thousands of mile away and still attack you anywhere on the planet. Because of the delay and response times and because they have tracked me in different countries, I believe the satellites are low orbiting and cover the entire globe. The global positioning satellites may house these weapons. If you find this hard to believe, than it should be easy for you to believe that since this technology is commonly being used, that they can use satellire based infrared to see you in buildings.

I don't know if it started in my home state 6 years ago. There were similar "group stalking" tatics going on although at the time I just thought people were extremly insensitive and rude. Now that I am here in NC and it was put "in my face" so to speak. It makes me wonder where and when it really did start. I get it all, electronic harassment, false noises, streat theater, break ins, financial deprivation (no justice for me or my family no matter what!!!) I am isolated from my family. I am constanly set up for disapointment on a personal level by "people who come into my life" example they promise the world get your hopes up and let you down over and over again. I also deal with Mobbing in the workplace, sexual harassment and personal harassment. They know of my situation so apparently they want to make me feel worse by telling me how well of financially they are or for instance they knew I had no money to spend on my family this year for Christmas so they would tell me about all the things they bought for their family. Religious harassment after repeatedly telling this woman to stop sending me those e-mails.

There no longer is ANY pleasure in living. Every avenue I take leads to a dead end! NO HELP, NO JUSTICE, NO LIFE! They are now doing this to my children. I am actually looking forward to my death as sad as that is. Although I have actually learned alot about myself through going through this. Anyway is in now way warrented, not for me not for other targets! No matter what your beleifs are we are all human beings and deserve some dignaty.

Dear Forum People:

Hi! I know I don't chime in very often. But, I have been working on exposing the continuation of MKULTRA/MKSEARCH through teen behavior modification programs. I organize HEAL (www.heal-online. org) a nonprofit working to save teens from mind control, torture, and abuse. I have some proof that the U.S. government is using these facilities for experimental purposes and that the results are being distributed to the National Security Agency as well as U.S. and Foreign Armed Services. These programs say they are working on "curing" drug abuse/addiction among other "behavioral" issues but are actually fine-tuning brainwashing techniques.

That is not why I'm writing today though... I am writing because things have come up changed in my home a few times. Books and films I have in my library have been re-arranged and some of the films have been edited to change the storyline. Has this happened to any of you? My family and I swear up and down that certain films in our collection and books have been exchanged for edited versions. We feel this is very subversive. But, how do you prove it?

Also, I have seen what I refer to as shadow people outside of my home. They look like a person in black with out a face (perhaps a mask). I read some of the statements about this being schizo-symptomatic. But, I am not schizophrenic, have a B.A. from the University of WA in history and philosophy, and am currently enrolled in law school. I am not suffering from any internal delusions. Also, my dogs have barked and been excited by things going on and when I or a family member go to check it out we see what we call "shadow people". What do you make of this?

Hello and thank you for the email. I really do understand your situation. I've been under harassment, counting being unemployable, for over 20 years. Only in the last 10 years have I experienced gang related conspirital harassment. After loosing my engineering job (after successfully completing a project never accomplished before or afterward by anyone in the world) I returned to college and studied my true love vocation, photography. I won top scholastic honors and started my own business.

I ran a special introductory offer for portraits and got over 100 appointments but not a single person showed up for portraits. Can you imagine 100 people not showing up or even calling to cancell? Obviously there was a conspiracy involved. It cost me my business and I've been unemployed ever since. Since then I've been harassed in so many ways it would take volumes to list them. What part of the country do you live in? I'd love to talkk face to face with other victims. I'm in northern california. Dear Elizabeth, Before we set up a meeting, there are some things that I need to explain to you. First of all, the perps have given me a full set of microchip implants. I have a global tracking device implanted in me. I also suspect that I may have a microphone/transmitter in my sinuses, which transmits everything I say and everything other people say to me. Then they maintain a receiver and recorder in some remote location to record all my conversations. The perps are also able to control my sleep by remote control. They decide when I will go to sleep and when I will wake up. They continually change when I sleep and when I wake up. Lately they have been keeping me awake all night and putting me to sleep for most of the day. Sometimes they keep me awake for 3 or 4 days. This makes it particularly difficult for me to schedule a meeting with someone. If the perps decide to sabotage my meeting, they just keep me awake for several days, and then put me to sleep about half an hour before I plan to leave for my meeting. So I sleep right through the scheduled appointment. Then the person I planned to meet thinks that I "stood them up" and it hurts their feelings. They get angry at me and we develop bad feelings instead of building some kind of friendship. I can still try to meet you, but we need some backup alternatives in case I don't show up. Maybe I should give you a call when I am about to get on BART. Then, You will know I am coming. You can get to MacArthur Station easily enough that you will probably beat me there. You might bring a book or magazine to read while you wait for me. If I don't call you about half an hour before it is time for us to meet, you will know that the perps put me to sleep and you should not bother going to the BART Station. Also, we need some way of recognizing one another. Some color of clothing or something that will make us able to recognize the other person. Especially this first time when we have never met each other. I will have to think about something I can wear that will make me stand out. I don't have any ideas right now. Lets try to figure these things out before we set a date and time to meet. By the way. I am living on Social Security and I don't work, so just about any time is fine with me. My main problem is to set up a meeting that I won't sleep through. The last several days I have been waking up about 4:00 am. This makes it easy for me to meet someone in the morning. Once I am awake I can often stay awake by going outside and doing something. I might have to fight against sleepiness, but if it is important, I might be able to stay awake. Here is my edit. I have reduced it to two pages.

I have changed the description of who may become victims to suggest that anyone can become a victim, including the reader of the press release. Reasons for this change:

1. The truth is that anyone CAN become a victim. There is no reason to believe that people are being targeted because of their special activities, their alternate life styles, their religion, etc. I have never heard this view from any TI until now.

2. When you suggest that people are targeted because of their status, their religion, their lifestyle, etc., you make it appear that hate wars being carried out by private groups. Then the average person, who isn't in one of the special groups, thinks that it is someone else's problem and is not concerned. There will be much more concern if we can make people understand that anyone can be targeted for no apparent reason.

3. I have been explaining since July that our only hope of a solution is dependant upon establishing federal responsibility. We have no hope of a solution for a problem of numerous independent private hate groups operating independently. We thus need to avoid educating the public to believe that this is a local problem created by local groups. We should focus our efforts on establishing federal responsibility. Arguing or inferring local responsibility is shooting ourselves in the foot. We have evidence and reasoning available to establish federal responsibility beyond reasonable doubt.

4. I have been explaining that the only possible legal remedy is to establish federal responsibility and to obtain federal investigation by the Office of Special Counsel. This will require enactment of legislation that I recommended to expand the authority of OSC. In order to pursue this remedy, we need to allege federal responsibility for the electromagnetic attacks and the accompanying harassment and crimes. We thus need to educate the public to believe in possible or probable federal responsibility and avoid suggestions of independent local gang responsibility. To the extent that we attribute responsibility to independent local groups of stalkers or hate groups or any other kind of local groups, we are arguing against federal responsibility and thus arguing against our right to federal investigation.

I rushed to my dads as soon as I could because my stepmom is the secretary for the chief of police in Santa Rosa. He did not believe me and told me the detectives here weren't that experienced. From there I went to my moms house in Santa Rosa and they tortured the shit out of me physically, mentally with hallucinations, sleep depravation, constant screaming, telling me anything from they are voodoo witches and they put a spell on me and I was going to die, to they were every Mafia in the world, they were the fbi,cia,anything and everything you can think of. So, they told my to go back to the mustang and there I would get my throat slit. I went back. All of the girls that have worked in the past definitely new. The Government's past record of abuses in the area of civil rights is well documented. Within the past 30 years alone, we have witnessed the effects of Operations MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO. Experiments on involuntary human subjects, and the surveillance of collection of personal information on U.S. citizens, except under strictly regulated conditions were also prohibited.

My own experience with the Clinton Administration took the form of sleep, silence deprivation. Numerous agents would stalk me at every turn. Invasion of my privacy and mind. These agents recorded my private readings to clients, invaded my work and home environment. Forced me from my very home and even attempted murder. Is it any wonder that our country is experiencing terrorism today. I certainly believe in the law of cause and effect. If our own government is responsible for institutionalizing abuse as a solution to any problem. Is it any wonder that the US is being threatened from other countries. It is a brilliant crime - the victim looks like they are paranoid schizophrenics and certainly can be institutionalized for stating that they hear voices. The irony is that the preps seem more mentally unbalanced then their victims.

1) Resume Submissions to jobs posted online. My primary online job search experience has been with [BLANK].com. I've been unemployed for a little over a month now.

I figure that I've probably emailed between 200-400 resumes for me and my daughter are seeking work. The first week we got calls, but NONE Whatsoever thereafter to this day to companies we emailed submitted our resumes to.

I found this out today when I had "Posted" my resume on ([BLANK]/resumes section)...... "Not Submitted" jobs posted on [BLANK].

After I posted my resume immediately thereafter I got 2 phone calls compared to none with the same resume that I've submitted hundreds of times to jobs posted on [BLANK]'s job posting.

What brought all of this to my attention is that I reviewed an job ad on [BLANK] that had the phone number in I called the employer and we talked a good while. In that same conversation we decided to email vice versa information ...

While we were on the phone I simply highlighted the return reply link in his [BLANK] job posting ad and sent the email.

He Never Received It, so I sent another one...while we're still on the phone ...My 2 Emails he never received and that was about 11am this morning. And I just talked to him tonight And He Still Hasn't Rec'd Them and they were NOT returned to my email account!

This morning after he didn't receive the first email he asked me to read off to him what I actually seen as his return reply link and I did ... It was correct.....it was at that time that I sent him another email.

Other "regular" people of whom I do business with on a daily basis get their email asap. But it is obivious to me that if I email anyone related to employment Not Received w/ NO Reply "Undeliverable" - Nothing...To assume that I would think that email resumes have been received to the recipient of which is a "return reply link".........

So I have no job now and my only source to find one has been taken from me as well.

I cant even send/reply to jobs posted on [BLANK]. I can only Post My Resume on [BLANK] in hopes that an employer will find it..........

It's virtually impossible to trust anyone these days. In 1992 I was a pastor/Christotherapist committed to the service of God and community. One of my clients was the wife of a US agent who was allegedly molesting his minor daughter. Shortly after this set of circumstances I was apparently identified as a national security risk and enlisted into a US government "research" program in which I was subjected to direct energy weapons which caused me to have a stroke and incapacitated me even until present.

In May 2004 I was directed by the US VA to have a colonoscopy during which I was implanted against my will with biochips. They were burned to my colon, and injected into the roof of my mouth and my ears while I was conscious. I went to an attorney when this happened and was informed that the University of California was involved in this travesty. I am apparently their cash cow for "research" for the DOD even though this is against all national and international laws. Is this an example of executive orders that are above the law?

I have lost everything, my family, my home, my career, my health, my freedom to be private, and etc. I am guilty of no crime other than to be a pastor which falls into the criteria of "charismatic personality" and is reason enough in modern day "home of the free" America to be subjected to this under the National Security Act. The agent who was allegedly molesting his child still has full access to harm her with no worry of being stopped and I have had no contact with my children ever since August 1994 when they gave me the stoke and kept me tortured since. The VA has stolen $5300 from me when I fled from California to Puerto Rico even though I have a fiduciary and my funds are supposed to be in "safe keeping."

When I attempt to advocate for myself I am subjected to phone calls and emails being re-routed. I have been abducted from my house and jailed after being beaten with bats by police at gunpoint for absolutely nothing and charged with terrorist acts and resisting arrest when I tried to breath as they were holding my head under pillows and pepper spraying me. I was jailed for five days and was denied all my medications when at the time I was on 35 pills per day. I was never allowed to return to my house and it was a section 8 rental agreement. My care provider still lives there after stealing my deposits and some of my belongings. I was so incapacitated when this happened I was barely ambulatory. In fact, I was asleep when they broke my door down and attacked me. I bled internally for months and have many witnesses but was blocked from making reports to the proper authorities which is the case every time I am harmed in this manner.

I have been taken to a mental ward by police when I called and reported prowlers who were actually using behind the wall surveillance equipment to hassle me. My VA doctor refused to contact the facility where I was taken and verify I was on medication as per his orders for my medical condition and stimulants were one of the medications which then showed up in my urine sample. During my incarceration, they illegally injected me with haldol against my will and medical condition as depressants are harmful to me. The facility was a 25-bed facility and the cencus was 65. There was no place to sit or lay down and I was not allowed to sit or lay on the floor. I was forced to stay there for 72 hours as my VA doctor refused to intervene on my behalf.

My VA compensation was hindered and is to this day, and when I complained of crimes and corruption to the DOJ and DOJ/ADA I was implanted as I reported above. After being implanted I was immediately subjected to torture which includes being forced to experience via holographic imaging and voice to skull technology my operatives molesting and raping children. Severe headaches, part of the directed energy "research" as well and being generally incapacitated is a daily experience and is increased in intensity, frequency and duration upon my attempting to advocate for myself and get it stopped.

I have reached out for legal, medical, social and etc. services and my access has been blocked at every turn. I have been defamed on several occasions in order to be denied services and some of these service providers have verified this for me. The VA gave me a fiduciary against my will and without due process of law, supposedly in order to say I am not capable of giving consent to be used in these ways, even though having a fiduciary does not give any right for such actions. In fact, nothing gives anyone, including the US officials under executive orders, to do such things to anyone according to national and international laws regarding torture.

Person involved are: Mike Seitler, Oakland Regional VA IG; Niel E. Nielson, VA Field Agent; Ted Gunderson, Former LA FBI head now ?; Dennis Uldrecht, VA Fiduciary Dept Head; Mike Green, Lisa Green, Mark Mirowski, Sally Riggs, Cindy Bustillos, Matthew ?, Marcus ?, all operatives supposedly embezzling my funds as they are considered to be "helping" me as my "care providers."

I am guilty of no crimes and I am certainly not a danger to national security. Investigations by the above have proven this and yet they continue to harm me under the guise that I am a danger to national security and therefor subject to being used for this "research."

I have informed every related department of the US government and have had my story proven by the governors office in Puerto Rico where I fled for my life, requested amnesty from the US government and had a congressional investigation prove what I am saying to be true with xrays and ctscans. I kept the actual xrays and ctscans which show the implants which is consistent with the ctscan reports but inconsistent with the xray reports. That proves the corruption continued even their. After we proved this I was told they could no longer help me. Since then, Mr. Trigo, liaison to VA for Mr. Fortuno's Congressional Office has told investigators I did not follow through. I filed claims regarding the above with Mr. Tirado of the Puerto Rico VA office on three occasions and have all the copies and he "lost" them everytime. To this day no claims have been filed and he still has no explanation with regard to where they are. I turned to the Washington DC office for assistance and they refered my case to the National VA IG office for investigation and I am still subjected to torture and nothing has been done to file my claims.

I have turned this in to the Department of Juctice and got nowhere but implanted illegally. I have made reports to every current US senator at this time. I have informed the DOD I am aware of their program and want this stopped immediately as it has caused and is causing irreparable damage and according to torture laws that is grounds for immediate action to stop it. I have informed several congresspersons including Mr. Fortuno or Puerto Rico who told me I was in the correct hands with Mr. Trigo who has dug his heals in the ground and says I have not followed through when I told him they were torturing me daily and he refused to intervene and get my three-month later medical appointment moved up to address the issue.

I can go on forever recounting the many travesties of justice this most corrupt and criminal US government conspiracy has committed against me in these past twelve years in order to allow their agent to continue to molest his children at the expense of me and mine.

I am seeking help with regard to this issue. I have requested an investigation with some fifty US goverment agencies to date and have gotten nowhere. Please assist me with this most grievous situation. My life is in danger and I apparently have nowhere to turn as my protector is my perpetrator.

Keep in mind also, the perps are probably not sheilded either. In my case, my perps are vulnerable to their own brand of mind control by me to them. Ever since they told me they mind controlled me years ago, their mind control on me now is in-effective, however their beams still hurt. As long as they are reading your mind, do your self a favor and read your mind back to them. Control your own thoughts aimed at them, you might be suprised at some of the results you get back. If you know what your perps look like, invision a picture of them in your mind as you think "to them" to speak your mind FOR YOU. Mind control them back, as a freind once told me, turn that equipment back onto them that are doing this to you. It is sometimes effective, but unfortunetaly, my perps are still around.

It all started back in 1994. I was living in a small, one bedroom apartment on the first floor of this fourplex. One early morning, while still laying in bed, I heard this rapid ticking sound coming from the apartment above me. Testing it out, I made deliberate moves with my arms and legs. Each move elicited a continuous ticking sound as long as there was any movement. When I stopped moving, so did the ticking. Clearly a motion detector of some sort, but why? What interest would anyone have in me? Thet was the only time the ticking occurred during my time at this apartment.

Angered by the fact that some pervert felt compelled to watch me while invading my privacy, an appropriate response was required. If they had a motion detector, they would also have a sensitive listening device, I believed. Immediately, I went to the electronics store and purchased a cassette tape of the endless loop variety. A cassette recorder/player was also necessary. In a vacant field, I recorded insults and vulgarities, with no reference to anyone in particular. Figuring that only someone with a listening device would react, I set the volume on low - so it wouldn't interfere with my day - and waited for a response. It wasn't long before the pervert reacted. The shower in the bathroom began running hot and cold when in use; loud thumps from above would wake me in the middle of the night; a clock radio changed volume at will; the television images became distorted and moving the antenna had no effect.

I began leaving the television on throughout the night as extraneous sound seemed to rattle this pervert. Soon, the volume would get louder as I slept, also waking me up. On one occasion, I lay awake and silent with my fingers holding the volume knob of this older television beside the bed. Ordinarily I would be asleep, but this was a test. A few hours later, the volume knob began turning and my fingers could do nothing to prevent it. What kind of device could they have? An electric smell - perhaps wiring - would permeate the bedroom. The computer was also located in the bedroom and they liked to interfere with its performance, sending numerous surges.

About half way through my lease at this apartment, a woman moved into the apartment next to mine. They began associating and soon it became clear that the two of them were both involved in this ongoing harassment. They would often frequent the upstairs apartment and I assumed they were monitoring me. Over time, I made several fake phone calls to the police, mouthing words as if talking, only speaking when giving names and addresses. The two of them went bolting down to her apartment and hid for about half an hour. When the police didn't show up, they decided it was a hoax. During these events, they would also roll this large black box out to her car and put it in the trunk. Obviously, it contained something important that they didn't want the police to find. Probably electronic equipment of some sort.

When I complained to the landlord about them, he said that they were law students. Law students? What kind of law were they studying? Were they doing a thesis and I was their subject matter? I didn't know. All I know is that it seemed to be illegal. I even spent two weeks in therapy when a doctor wouldn't believe my story.

After two and a half years, I'd had enough and moved to a nicer, two bedroom apartment in a local suburb. The landlord had shown me an upstairs apartment and that is what I signed for. When it came time to move in, I was told that my apartment was elsewhere. It was now to be on the first floor. I didn't mind as it would make moving easier.

Immediately after moving in, this moaning sound occurred. It sounded like some invalid may be in a nearby apartment. Did they want me to play babysitter to this person? Is that why they moved me down here? I was determined not to become responsible for this person. That's not what I pay rent for! Still the moaning continued and it bothered me. Later I discovered that the moaner had a roommate. The other man was gone most of the time and worked at a bar at nights, so I was told. Maybe the moaner was his old man?

The second bedroom became a computer room and each time I went there to work, I heard this click and a squeaking floor from overhead. Was the moaner monitoring me as well? It wouldn't hurt to use my trusty cassette recorder to find out. Initially, there wasn't the same reaction as with the previous perverted law student. This guy seemed unresponsive, even while following me around. We even played cat and mouse one day. I was sitting in the living room and then would try to sneak into the bedroom and hide beside the bed. There I could only remain completely still and silent for so long. Becoming uncomfortable, I would have to move and when i did, he was there immediately, letting out this muffled grunt as if he had found me. We did this several times and each time I relocated, he would find me and grunt. Maybe the guy was just old and needed me for entertainment. I didn't know.

With the neighbor's unresponsive manner, I re-recorded the cassette with references to hell, going to hell, etc. Immediately, there was a response. While watching tennis on the television one weekend, my eyes began to cross. I was seeing double for no apparent reason. I could only guess it had something to do with the neighbor. He could have a device similar to the previous pervert's. I had to go outside and sit - allowing the dizziness to disappear - but I knew as soon as I returned it would reoccur. And it did. He also began coming into the room above my bedroom - probably his bedroom - and would vacuum the floor during the night. Maybe he thought the loud noise would bother me and keep me awake.

I was standing near the front window and felt this focused heat to the top of my head. Like a laser beam might feel, very concentrated and in one small location. I moved a few feet away and the sensation returned. Must have really angered this old pervert. These attacks were so physical, I became truly concerned for my safety. They were more than the loud pops and television distortions from before. These affected me directly. I was becoming suicidal as I didn't know what I could do to stay there. I called the police and one officer came out. Hel talked to me in his car, quizzing meabout my feelings and if I planned to do anything to harm the neighbor. I facetiously responded that I would like to shoot him and was immediately whisked off to therapy again. It was going to be a waste of time as it didn't help solve the greater problem of perverts with high tech electronic devices. I also knew when I left therapy that the same incidents would occur as before. For two more weeks I was in therapy, then let go to face the inevitable.

Then one day I lost it. I really didn't want to do this, so I called the police again and alerted them as to what I was about to do. After hanging up, I stormed up the stairs and beat open this neighbor's door. There was nobody in the livinroom. The police took so long in getting there, I thought he may have gone out a window or something.

The police finally came and I was standing in his front liviing room. They must have thought something big was about to happen as there were five of them. They confronted me and proceeded to tell me why they couldn't do anything. There was no evidence of a crime, so they couldn't investigate or even look in his closets to see if he was there. Then the landlady came, also assuring me that he wasn't there. The meeting broke up with nothing accomplished wxcept my being evicted. I wasn't arrested for braking and entering, either. Curious that nothing was done. Why would the landlady defend me unless something really was going on and they didn't want anybody else to know.

It had only been six months or so and I had to find another apartment. The one I finally rented, was small like the first one and in the same general area. The landlord tried to impress upon me just how law abiding he was. He said prostitutes and drug dealers had tried to rent the apartments.

One afternoon, I had an emotional outburst while being angry at myself. It was a bit too loud for apartment living. Later, the neighbor began banging on his wall, which was my kitchen wall. It sounded like a hammer banging as if he might be hanging a picture. Then he moved over about eight feet and began banging again. Strange, he would be putting up two pictures at once. Again, I got out the cassette player to see if it elicited a response from him. Again it happened. He was more polite - if you can call it that - than those at the previous two places.

Mostly, random popping occurred inside the apartment. I experimented with bright lights, wondering if they could have an effect on any monitoring devices. Whenever I tried a new experiment, the man would go running out of his apartment and take off in his car. I believed that he was meeting with someone else to see what he could do to counter my little tests.

After a few months, a woman joined him at his apartment. They seemed to trade places, one always being home while the other was away. She didn't take too kindly to my taped vulgarities and comments. The popping noises now followed me into the bathroom. How would she know I was there if she couldn't see me?

As with the first place, I finally called the landlord and asked him what was going on. He proceeded to tell me that the man worked for the government, but in what capacity, "he couldn't tell me". Was that because he didn't know or because he couldn't say. I believe he was in collusion with the orchestrators of this particular situation. Perhaps like both of the previous landlords. Something as covert as this must be government sponsored and top secret.

Two and a half years at this apartment was enough. I couldn't believe what had been happening. Maybe if I lived in a house, without other tenants around, my life would again be my own. I purchased a house not too far away from the last apartment. It was the only part of town I could afford to live without being in the slums, even if drug dealers were around. I lived there for a year without incident. Thought my life had cleared up, but no, that was soon to change. My neighbor to the east was none too friendly and appeared to live by himself. He was very militaristic in appearance, all surly and physically fit.

Early, one morning someone knocked on my front door. Still in bed, I had to get up and go downstairs to see who it was. I opened the front door and there was this policeman. He asked me if I knew who had broken into the neighbor's garage. I told him that I didn't and that was it. He left, going back to the alley to investigate. I went back upstairs and looked out the rear window of one room to see what he had been asking about. The garage door was hidden by the rest of the building, so I couldn't see any damage. What I noticed, was that the neighbor's speedboat - which usually occupied a spot next to the garage - was gone. Perhaps he was away and took it with him. I didn't know, but since there had been a break in, maybe the burglar took it with him. I went out back to where the policeman was and mentioned it. He didn't seem too interested, but at least he knew.

The next day, his house was invaded by these three strangers. The house hadn't been for sale and he was nowhere around...Who were they? There were two men and one womanand each drove a large Cadillac of the same model as the other two. The cars were painted differently, but the license plates were similar:TRE 1, TRE 2, TRE 3 is how they read. The woman liked to dig weeds in the front yard and give the appearance of a family living there. They were not the kind of family anyone wants living next to them.

Then it began happening again. First, at approximately the same time ofday a ticking sound occurred. Identical to the one heard in the first apartment, I was all too aware of what it meant. These perpetrators or covert operatives began their own style of torture and harassment. My television, once again exhibited distorted images. With experimentation, I determined that some kind of beam was penetrating my walls and was able to affect the television. By placing a refective surface in front ot its remote receptor, all the interference stopped. A small victory and a real piece of evidence, or so I thought. Without anyone to witness other than myself, it mattered little. "You're delusional" they all said. "This is the fourth place you've lived and they're still following you around?" was said in disbelief. It was more obvious, since they were doing just that. I must be pretty important for these creatures to be monitoring me 24/7.

These noxious odors began to make me dizzy on a regular basis. If I moved too fast, it seemed that my adrenalin would increase the dizziness. It was so bad that at one point I had to sit in the parking lot of a Sears store, waiting for the dizziness to abate. I literally couldn't movefor several hours and in the rain as well. I was there to purchase a professional gas mask, as that is what was necessary for me to remain in my house.

Numerous other sensations would develop, changing from one to another for no apparent reason. Te sensatoin similar to that of glass wool came uponm me one one night while trying to go to sleep. It could affect me on one place or all over and eventually forced me to sleep out in the upstairs hall. There were wood doors to help buffer the effects of their equipment, but not by much. I experienced testicular squeezing - as if in a vice grip - for months. This evolved into a vibrating sensation. The kind you get sitting in a vibrating recliner, only it would appear that the furniture was doing the vibrating when it was entirely internal. Pulsing would accompany many of the sensations. I could hear a sound, like that of a muffled gun, coming from their house. My neck or some other place on my body would ache, simultaneoulsy with these bursts. Fuses would blow for no reason, random popping noises - as at previous apartments - would occur. A loud crashing noise came from the kitched while I was in the basement. I could stand outside, on the opposite side of the house and feel the sensations as this equipment was able to locate me. It also made this droning sound whenever it was actively at work. These tormenters were not about to rest and for the fourth time, I would up in therapy. I hated it when my relatives would come by, as if to comfort me. Their support in the entire matter would have meant much more than their condescending attitudes.

There's so much more to tell, but ultimately, these tormentors forced me to sell and move from the house. I moved over two hundred miles away, but the tormentors are able to locate me, even at great distances. The same torture and harassment continues. First I lived in one apartment, then moved to another - for financial reasons - and their presence is always around. Stupid parlor tricks is their stock and trade. Things like crashing the computer, causing pains in my fingers and other places. They are particularly attracted to my genitals, continually poking and fondling them like perverts do.

It wasn't until I moved, did I discover the secret behind these strange and ever changing sensations. Electromagnetic energy, something our bodies naturally contain. Once a target is marked with an oversupply of this energy, they are easily located. A person can be picked out from a crowd, thousands of miles away with this science.

Just what these operatives are desiring is still a mystery. Some believe they are testing these high tech weapons on us, some have other ideas. One thing we know for sure, it takes the lowest vermin to perform the life altering and criminal invasion of privacy these gutless perverts seem to enjoy. What would it be like for them to be on the receiving end? The Nazi cowards will probably never know or care as somehow they have been empowered by our government to behave like common criminals with our tax dollars paying the tab.

Dear Elizabeth-

You are welcome to use my name and story. I have been researching this for many years. I have crossed paths with these groups so many times since 1985 and made it my business to figure out how and whom it was done. There is NO why-except MONEY and oil. These groups have convinced themselves and their constituents that they are doing the right thing by helping the less fortunate. They see wealthy people who do not work and can shop as public enemy # 1.

I have to look at how much I have learned from this experience. I do not have the GUTS to commit suicide; however at times I really have to wonder if they were responsible for my sister's drinking herself into alcoholic dementia and eventually stopped eating and her liver gave out as she collapsed on the floor...this was in 1998.

She was acting as though she were having some electrical interference-began foiling the windows. She began talking about how the governement was responsible for her condition. At the time-we didn't get it.

These German families have claimed there are geneticists in their groups involved with the World Banking System. They have claimed they are killing people by radiation...THIS IS PROPOGANDA. It was the NAZIS who invented the weapon of epic porportions that was based on the use of sound. Sound can hurt alot more than it damages...it's just the mind that it manipulates. You are either strong enough NOT TO CRACK under their mind games-i.e. running away from your home and trying to avoid the harrassment-OR FACING IT HEAD ON.

This is NOT the type of radiation that kills people...but, it will-they are using ham radios to immulate mind control and feeding it through our power lines. We must GET ham radios OFF the power lines and make it impossible for them to interrupt power-because it is through the use of these interuptions that allow them to wire tap, hack, and eavesdrop-giving them the knowledge of tracking large sums of cash.

I will repeat-the only way anyone is at risk of being killed is if they are carrying large sums of money-we still do not know if they are dead or not-they just disappear-possibly disposed of or forced to leave the country...

Nevertheless, it all seems to add up. There were NAZI flags draped over our freeways here in Pasadena on the Jewish holiday.

Remember, I was originally told by my Dad was in the military inside ops--Organized Crime is combining forces with the 3rd World Countries in order to OVERTHROW the governement--a kneejerk reaction the the Kennedy's hit on Orgnized Crime---also, Marilyn Monroe's death...she was seeing a Russian Spy.

And the fact that Oswald was in Russia and possibly hired by organised crime because he was involved over there.

There is also a legend in NYC about the Gangs from NYC and how they took over the Bronx-a burrough across the river...they used ultra-sonic speakers that actually inflicted so much pain in people's inner ears and muscle spasms in their legs-they had no idea what to do about it.

Ultrasonic head tracking systems are sold on the net. This is where the hissing noise, spasms, inner ear pain, and irritability come from. It seems to last for a couple of days or so unless they are actually on your property or around it to set off the hydraulic horns that activate the so-called spurious emissions toward the targeted person they want to track-it seems to rick-o-shay from nerve pathways to and up the spine until it reaches the head. It is possible that they are using the EEG device to obtain your thought processes..the government IS experimenting with that...but, the head tracking device let's them know which direction you are going---simply for two reasons-IF you know about them--you could foil one of their crime sprees in your neighborhood---and otherwise, to see when and where you do your banking and if you shop alot and therefore carry or handle alot of cash in your wallet.

The use of parabolic mic's-a shotgun mic has been used in vehicles parked around my house--a tiny surveillance camera across the street in plants to see when I come and go...and a harmonica bug on the phone speakers to pick up our conversations about money and banking and vacations...time away from home.

These guys know how to disable alarms-I have seen this many times and use cars that look like your neighbors so it looks like your neighbor is backing into your driveway to turn around. All of a sudden other people begin to back into your driveway-and in reality-they are getting a radio frequency reading on your alarm so it can be duped to disable.

You go on vacation and you've either been burglarized, or Id Theft'd.

Remember, these people live on meth and pcp, so there is nothing too complicated they would not do. It also appears that these different groups each not only have a fleet of their own vehicles, but possibly an apartment and bail money set aside for them--which means as soon as they are realeased and do their time or probation, they are right back out on the streets doing it again somewhere else.

I AM DISABLED and I walk, use the bus and trains to go everywhere and I am NOT DEAD and I have been bothered by them for 5 years straight--from state to state.

I refuse to overreact and leave my apartment and give them the power over me to become a VICTIM. I AM A SURVIVOR and I am resilient!

Get some medication-see a sensitive therapist who is in the know about all of this and live your life normally as if you are just experiencing the discomfort of -say, pregnancy...

Check out the German families in the World Banking system and the Illuminati...it seems to have a slight connection with the De Vinci code and the cultish group mentioned.

My current research project about the Mormon Mafia and the bombing scandal in Salt Lake before the Olympics. I want to see if there is a link between the Mormons as a cult releigion and the CIA (corrupt agents)...this is due to a couple of e mails I received.

There DOES NOT APPEAR to be anything CHRISTIAN, MUSLIM, or otherwise religious about these German people. This is definitely ABOUT SATAN WORSHIPING...blood letting and drinking rituals and the whole 9 yards! I have not only witnessed this, but talked to an investigator who was sent by the Houston sherriff's dept.to check out a Nigerian chuch, where these groups came and were officially intitated...so, leave religion out of this!

Our government has been hiring German and Russian Spies since the early 1900's. These people have been granted diplomatic immunity with little boundries and supervision. Get a baby monitor and set it up in your home. If you get alot of feedback on it, you may have some eavesdropping issues. Check all channels on your tv and radio. Is there suspicious activity or sudden unexpainable changes on a certain channel?

There is a device that will detect eavesdropping and GPS stuff. Make sure you use a reputable counterservaillence firm and go thru soemone you know well and can trust. There is also an anti-hijacking device availble at Lonestar Consulting, Inc. BUT I am not altogether sure that this guy isn't making stuff for these people. He lives in El Paso and according to Gerlado-this is where the gangs go after joining the service to learn espionage techniques and avoid prison or jail.

I write this letter in sincere hopes that my words will not only grab your attention but your conscious as well. I along with thousands of other American citizens, who are victims as well are in need of Congress to assistance to help form legislative laws against the atrocities which are currently being inflicted upon us due to Electronic Frequency Energy, which curtails Stalking and Harassment as well as surveillance.

It has not only come to my attention but to the attention of thousand American Citizens as well that this new form of technology, called Microwaves or electromagnetic energy (which travels at a speed of light, 186,282 miles per second) is the newer form of technology that is being tested and experimented upon and as of yet, it seems that the inventors as well as those governing its authority are still investigating the potential capabilities of said technology.

This being said, please understand that I am not contesting the fact that microwave/electronic energy should not be utilized but it is the means in which it is being used that causes my urgent appeal on this day.

Thousands, perhaps even millions of innocent victims are becoming targeted for immoral, illegal and non consensual experimentation of not only their bodies but also their very lives. This illegal form of experimentation targeted on American citizens for testing dealing with Pentagon/CIA type research and testing of Electromagnetic-Frequency/Radiation experimentation.

Testing done with micro chips for the neural processes, the eyes, ears, as well as the entire body, including the vocal cords as well as skin tissue are all being purposely imposed and non consensually done on US citizens, causing major body and mind damage.

The problem lies in the fact that such technologies are so new and unannounced to the public that legislation has failed to monitor or legislate any laws that maybe needed in its experimentation and use, from any governmental or powerful public institutions and societies.

Due to the fact that this form of Energy, Experimentation and Administration has no legislative laws attached to governing it and its use, a mob or militia type of system is being formed to stalk, terrorize and inflict torture and physical and mental imprisonment on those who have fallen under its control.

Chips are being placed in the minds and bodies of innocent men, women and children to further this form of testing and experimentation however; this very testing is ruining thousands upon thousands of innocent lives, while criminals, thugs, thieves and racist are all being hired to monitor and police the activities of the victims targeted by Microwave/Electronic and Frequency Pulsed Energy.

For us, the victims there is no place immune from these criminals, not even hospitals or police stations. These weapons which omit various forms of Electromagnetic Frequency (ELF, EMF or RF: Radio Frequency) and other tactics are meant to mimic natural and mental illness. Organ and cell damaging, pictures and sounds, mind reading, dream interrogation can be achieved now by satellite delivery, CCTV, house wiring serving as a conductor or even portable devices that are top secret and or denied technology.

People are complaining of unborn fetuses dying in the uterus due to this technology, extreme heating of bodily areas such as the head and other skin cells, like that of "Microwave Frying," temporary blindness (myself included), due to the chips in the neural and eye regions, illegal breaking and entering, rape, theft, stalking, discredited, job loss and economic loss as well as suicide and extreme despair.

All due to the fact that they have fallen victim to this new technology and it is mines and their voices that beg to be heard.

I pose this question to you... Is it not true, that if we were experiencing any such activities being perpetrated on us by regular and common thieves, thugs, bullies and criminals, would we not see justice or at least have our day in court?

So why is it that just because innovation begs to be served is our personal and unalienable national security needs not being met?

Is it because such experimentation wishes to continue, building more unsupervised criminal activity and behavior and inflicting more torture, devastation and murder and suicide upon innocent victims who can not get legal or legislative justice?

We are American Citizens: Male, Female of all races and all creeds, our forefathers (including my own), have fought and died for the very freedoms that are being denied to us today. Is it too much to ask for you to free us, like you are willing to die for and do for the citizens of Iran?

I Believe the answer should always be YES!

There is a political saying, "Necessary Evil for National Good," I have heard of this phrase, but there is also a saying that I prefer much more: "Right is still right even if no body's doing it and wrong is still wrong even if every body's doing it."

Another thought to ponder: "The idea of slavery is inconsistent with our own conduct and Constitution; and there can (Constitutionally) be no such thing as perpetual servitude of a rational creature, unless his liberty is forfeited by some criminal conduct or given up by personal consent or contract."

This form of harassment and yes, SLAVERY, is called sometimes 'psycho electronic' mind control and microwave harassment and terrorizing and is the sabotage of property, thefts and electrocution and dissolution of the mind and body, perpetrated on innocent citizens.

Enough 'suspicious murders/suicides' abound along with reports by thousands of people who have complained of life threatening assaults. Unfortunately, the thousands of victims already murdered by these criminals, no longer have the luxury of speaking out. However, the non-consensual, violent experimentation of this technology on innocent Americans and the aggressive funding that the development of these electro-magnetic weapons have received is more convincing proof that their manufacture is for "cattle-prodding" the American public into control and invisibly assassinating dissidents who speak out.

RECENT MURDER ATTEMPTS:

In early February 2005 ~ During my first experience of 'electronic choking', the residents in the house (Palm Desert area, CA) where I formerly lived were awakened in the middle of the night by me gasping for air. Electronically, they partially closed up my windpipe so I could barely breathe and was on my way to choking to death when they abruptly stopped it. This was done as a threat after I tried to contact Ed Asner@ Truthout.org that same night to make public the attempts of 'black ops agents' to crash my car. Shortly after this incident, even more attempts to knock me off of the road were made.

February 7, 2005, a group of about 4 or 5 Black Ops agents were waiting in the somewhat deserted back parking lot of Saks Fifth Avenue in Palm Desert, California and began surrounding me after I left the store and was walking towards my car. I had enough time to run back into the store and call my friend/webmaster Al Olthoff in Desert Hot Springs, CA who came and rescued me. I was not able to go back home again before I left the country except to get my clothes.

The reason that they tried to assault me or kidnap me is because I had already begun making preparations to leave the country which they were aware of because of their illegal surveillance and this was to stop me from leaving the country so they could get their 'legal ducks in a row' and arrest me on bogus 'credit card fraud' charges... which I found out later. Seven days later, on February 14, 2005, I managed to leave the USA for good.

One week later, they arrested 100,000 so-called 'felons' (AKA dissidents) across the nation.

May 6 2005 ~ Dharamsala, India, after telephoning Arlene Johnson of www.truedemocracy.net, I was again abruptly woken up by 'something' closing up my windpipe and literally choking me. This was an attempt to threaten me a second time.

May 8 2005 ~ Dharamsala, India ~ The guesthouse proprietors of where I am staying witnessed me staggering out of my hotel room into the main lobby - again gasping for breath and unable to breathe as something was closing up my windpipe. This was all done electronically -- in retaliation for trying to contact Stephen DeVoy who they have already 'neutralized' for making his assaults public.

Winter 2005 ~ Palm Desert area, CA ~ Upon calling the offices of JIMMY WALTER (the 'eccentric' millionaire who aired commercials asking for the re-investigation of 9/11), I was told that he was putting together more commercials.

Not more than 15 minutes after trying to email my suggestion to Jimmy Walter's assistant in Pacific Palisades, CA, a rough-looking agent in a silvery-green Jaguar (obviously well-paid) license plate #04WIR094 drove up and remained parked directly across the street looking into my house. I live on a dead end street in a more rural part of the Palm Desert area of California. Because there is nothing but sand opposite my property... and because everyone is on a minimum of 3.5-acres, anyone parked across the street is either a visitor of mine or is looking to buy the empty lot. But no one can just sit in their parked car staring into my house from across the street... without being 'up to no good'.

Sure enough, I walked out of the house to see who was there and the man in the Jaguar looked totally shocked and then sped off. A few minutes later, he came back again very, very slowly ... glaring at me, turned around at the next house and drove back past me again in a very threatening way. He did this 4 times until he noticed I was writing his license plate down and he took off like a bullet, for good.

About 4 or 5 other vehicles then also appeared and drove very, very slowly past me . One was a maroon pick-up Truck, license plate #GW97080 who gave me the finger. Another was an older blue Ford (Escort, I believe) license plate #D1 SHARK who started to drive straight towards me as if he was going to run into me but I lurched behind my gate. I tried to get the license plate #'s of the other vehicles but they bolted out of sight when they saw me with pencil and paper.

It may be difficult for someone reading this to imagine the intimidation and covert threat inherent in this sudden 'swarm' of nasty looking guys in vehicles 'swarming' around you and your home, but ask a pro - this is how they do it.

When I called Jimmy Walter to find out where I could send information, he told me that he could only give me his PO Box - not his physical address - as he had been getting 'death threats'.

These are the cars & license plate numbers of those who have literally tried to push me off the road by sideswiping me in their campaign to electronically kill me and try to make it look like a car accident starting from July 2005 to February 14th, 2005... the day I left the USA.

INTRODUCTION *Sept. 9th 2003,

While sitting in the FBI lobby in San Diego, CA waiting to see an FBI agent Matt Brown on another matter -- a man who stated his name as (I believe) Sam Schwartz walked in and asked to speak with an FBI agent. A blonde, middle-aged female agent appeared and ushered him into an adjacent room off the lobby. Although I was trying very hard not to listen, every word of their ensuing conversation could be heard clearly in the waiting area. He began to tell a story of harassment, threats, physical assaults, phone tapping and violence. One day, without knowing how he got there, he found himself committed into a mental institution and labeled a "5150 Paranoid". He also noticed that one of his eyebrows had been shaved off. Sam Schwartz was also very concerned because people with 'Arab names' kept calling his home, leaving messages which referred to private incidents which only he and his wife knew about. He was very afraid that he would be labeled 'a terrorist' because of these extremely unsettling phone calls.

But what was totally unexpected was the reaction of the FBI agent who, although feigning sympathy for Sam Schwartz's predicament asked no questions which might lead to the identity of the perpetrators and apparently had not the slightest interest in noting any details. Instead, she suggested HE HIRE HIS OWN private investigator and ushered him out the door. Sam Schwartz' story is a relevant addition to the report below.

MY ACCOUNT: From 1999 until late 2003

I was the proprietor of 2 websites (www.foreigndrugs.com + www.pharmacyway.com) which sold INFORMATION ONLY on contacting Mexican pharmacies and other foreign pharmacies abroad to purchase medicines over the counter at discounts of up to 80%. My internet business suddenly took off at a phenomenal speed when CBS, NBC, ABC news began inundating the airways with frenzied reports of how easy it was to purchase inexpensive pharmaceuticals for less cost outside the country. It also became evident that 'the American people' were being gauged by the pharmaceutical manufacturers at every level-in the drugstores and by the receipt of generous tax exemptions for research.

In August 2000, I retained the law firm of Brull, Piccionelli, Sarno, Braun & Vradenburgh in Los Angeles (310 553-3375) to re-write the copy on my website after hearing about an article printed in the Mexican newspaper, "Tijuana Frontera" which reported that the DEA was going to prosecute American websites that advertised offshore pharmacies, although they were protected by the First Amendment. In short -- it was a 'witch-hunt'.

During that same period, I hired Private Investigator, Roger Tolces of www.bugsweeps.com - to check my telephone line and he confirmed that it was tapped. I also spoke with a criminal attorney, Eric Shevin -- the son of a friend of mine and I asked him what he thought of the situation.

His immediate response was, "Get off the internet, NOW."

I was shocked and asked "Why?"

He replied, "You're going to get caught in the middle of a very explosive political situation that you don't want to be part of".

I not only didn't understand what he meant, I didn't see why I should suddenly cut off my income. Every attorney I spoke with later - and I consulted with no less than eleven lawyers that year -- shook their head and replied, "What's the problem? You're protected by the First Amendment."

So I opted to have the website rewritten by First Amendment Attorney, Robert Sarno using Criminal Attorney Eric Shevin (310 276-2231) as a consultant. We made certain the website not only conformed to all US laws but we also conspicuously displayed the legal guidelines for 'personal importation' which we copied verbatim from the FDA's own website.

Three months later, a man, who called himself a U.S. customs agent telephoned me at home and asked me 'why I put up the website' and 'what medicines I personally bought in Mexico'. I replied that "I felt the website would be of interest to people all over the world and the medicine I bought in Mexico was not his concern." He began a tirade of accusations, saying I was 'helping Americans import medicine illegally from Mexico', citing specific copy on my website which he insisted was 'unlawful'. Unfortunately the copy he criticized was exactly what we copied verbatim from the FDA website itself. I suggested he re-acquaint himself with FDA guidelines and directed him to my attorneys.

A future meeting was arranged by my attorney Robert Sarno with the customs officer and myself. I was more than willing to acquiese to almost any change on my website that might be suggested by this agent. However on the scheduled day, we waited for the U.S. customs officer who never called to cancel, never showed up and never tried to reschedule. Attorney Bob Sarno shrugged his shoulders and said, "I guess that's the end of that". He couldn't have been more wrong.

Around March 2002, I received a call from a so-called "delivery service". I was expecting a package and asked "by the way, what are you delivering?". He replied, "Flowers" but refused to tell me who they were from. He then inquired if I was married. I refused to tell him. I actually thought it was a friend playing a joke. Weeks later, I noticed no matter where I drove or at what time - a beat-up, old "muscle car" always was in back of me and always driven by rough-looking hispanic men or skin-head types. It began to dawn on me that I was being followed but I couldn't imagine why. I also noted that it was never the same car or driver which meant the funding for this bizarre campaign came from an organization with seemingly unlimited resources. I concluded the campaign was being initiated by a rich, pharmaceutical company. Never once did I imagine it was my own government stalking me.

At the time, I lived alone in a 4-bedroom house on 3.5-acres in the desert. The newly paved road led up to a dead-end, with few houses on either side and almost no traffic. Within days, traffic picked up considerably. A barrage of beat-up trucks, vans, muscle cars with nasty-looking Hispanic men donning full-body tattoos and hairnets, one right after the other, began driving back and forth day and night, always stopping in front of my house to either loudly rev up their motors, bombard me with music or shine headlights into my bedroom at 3:00 in the morning. Usually around midnight, I'd receive 5 or 6 ominous late-night phone calls where the caller would either stay on the line without speaking or a man would shout profanities and hang up. It was becoming obvious that this 'pharmaceutical company' also had access to my private telephone conversations because with every arrangement I made, one or two men looking like escapees from Sing-Sing prison would be congregating outside my destination like the bank or web designers office, etc. and make lude comments or hold up a switchblade knife as I passed

Unbeknownst to me at the time, this was one of many covert harassment techniques being used on more and more citizens. Next, I began hearing people on my roof or in the crawl space of my house but could never find anyone. I could not figure out how they entered. At night, I'd see flashlights being used right outside my bedroom window and hear men loudly whispering to each other and laughing. It was no accident that they arranged their trespassing in close proximity to whatever bedroom I was occupying. They wanted me to hear them. At that time nothing ever appeared to be stolen or out of place. The only item I found to be missing was my personal phone book which mysteriously 'reappeared' a few days later in full view on my desk.-no doubt after being copied.

FIRST MURDER ATTEMPT:

During that same period, I had been consulting in the mountains every day (Hwy 74), driving around hairpin turns with very steep drops on either side of the harrowing road. One day, I couldn't help but notice something very peculiar. At every one of the 4 or 5 turnaround points, where a driver would normally pull off the road only long enough to let faster traffic pass, an Hispanic man sat parked in a beat up car. The same odd group of Hispanic men in parked vehicles lining the road was evident on my return trip down the mountain, as well.

Days later, because of hearing a loud thumping sound, I took my car into a garage and was told by the mechanic that my caliper nut which connects the brake fluid line to the brakes had been taken off! In order to deliberately take off a caliper pin -- because it does not fall off -- one needs to remove the whole tire, unhinge the cover of the caliper itself and take off the pin - which one can do without detection if a car is parked in a remote place. Not having the caliper pin in place would have prevented the brake fluid from reaching my brakes - causing them to malfunction - sending me off a mountain cliff to my death!

Suddenly I understood why all those Hispanic men were sitting parked all along Hwy 74! They were waiting to see how another murder is successfully staged by U.S. government hit men. At that point, I realized that I was dealing with ruthless murderers who were being paid to kill me! With only a background as an actress and in graphics and writing, I was suddenly confronted with an almost surreal reality. Someone was actually trying to murder me! Fearing for my life and in a total state of panic-- I refused to spend an evening alone at home and was forced to stay with various friends or take motel rooms down the street from my house.

CONTINUOUS COVERT ASSAULTS:

Weeks later, a so-called pharmacist in Tijuana, Mexico by the name of 'Juan Valdez' telephoned me on my cell phone -- which no customer or Mexican pharmacy had access to -- inquiring, "You're not dead yet?" He then kept insisting I put him in my information Guide. I still was under the assumption that this was being perpetrated by some pharmaceutical company -- because of the sheer extravagance and total absurdity of the program.

I called upon Roger Tolces PI again (www.bugsweep.com) and asked him what to do. He apprised me immediately of BLACK OPS and COINTELPRO which are still in effect covertly. He then printed out an expose which was posted on the Internet. The harassment, strong-arming techniques, threats, covert and staged murders, stalking and much more were described in that report and were identical to my experience. This was a shocking realization. It was almost unbearable to face. My own government had orchestrated this vicious attempt on my life. Never having had any interest in politics and absolutely no experience with law enforcement, I realized that I was uninformed and thus extremely na about the world. I, like many Americans, was under the illusion that I was living in a democracy...or at the very least that I was living amongst people who were 'civilized'. However, upon squarely facing the raw truth and horror of the reality, some kind of intelligence began to permeate every cell of my body and 'the dots began to connect'.

Suddenly I realized that 'Juan Valdez' was in reality 'a Black ops agent' who was attempting to entrap me for 'conspiracy'. That was another foolproof way to get me off the internet. If I had included him in my Mexican Pharmacy Guide he could have created any kind of situation to make it look like I was doing business with him which would have led to very serious drug charges. I also remembered being emailed months earlier by a Mexican woman, who insisted that she was a pharmacist and asked to be listed in my Guide. I never bothered to meet her as I was at that time rarely making the 2 hour trip to Mexico and I never listed her because she was very pushy and I didn't care for her. Suddenly that same woman started calling me again. I then also realized she too was a 'Black ops agent' poised to entrap me.

During the summer of 2002, even while my mother lay dying at my sisters home in Westchester, New York-- I was still harassed. Late at night I would hear footsteps below. I distinctly felt something invisible sweep over me that seemed to know which room I was in. (later I learned it is equipment that can 'find' someone by their DNA)

In local Motels, I would inevitably hear drilling coming from the room below, hang ups would commence continuing throughout the night until the morning, people would knock loudly on the door and then I would see them run away in the peephole. On one such 2-night escape to the Red Roof Inn only a few blocks from where I live, a man in a red van tried to pull me into his car though Officer Pohl, who wrote up the police report insisted - in spite of my account to the contrary -- that the man tried to steal my purse. *NOTE: OFFICER POHL and OFFICER RODOLPHO of Palm Desert Police Dept are corrupt Black Ops.

Palm Desert Sheriffs Department #ORO23009. I saw the same man in the same car a few days later waiting for me in a parking lot at Dennys restaurant on Varner Blvc. I wrote down License plate #5D65901 RED Dodge Truck with Shell, left a message for Officer M. Pohl and faxed it to the precinct but there was no effort to trace the owner of the car. Later I found out that Officer Pohl is one of the many corrupt cops. I had previously summoned the police on at least 4 different occasions to complain about stalkers, prowlers, etc., but no report was ever written-up. There was always an excuse. If I didn't have the license plate number then the police officer told me I needed to get the license plate number the next time. If I did have the license plate number the police officer said he couldn't arrest anyone just on a license plate number. If I asked them to take fingerprints around my house after a break-in, they couldn't do it because it wouldn't make a difference anyway. I learned quickly not to expect anything from the local police because they work with the so-called 'shadow government' and cover for them -- but I continued to report a break in so it was on record.

STRANGER THAN FICTION:

One of my first evenings hiding-out down the street from my residence at the new Hampton Inn (La Quinta, CA. / Ramon Road/ #10 Freeway), I noticed that although the hotel was almost empty when I arrived, it suddenly filled up with Mexicans and 'skin-head' types.

The first morning, while downstairs in the dining room having breakfast I noticed the man seated at the table next to me. A small boy came over to his table and I assumed it was his son. As it turned out... it was not. But it was for this reason that I got a good look at him.

Weeks later, while visiting my niece in Ocean Beach, CA (San Diego), I was sitting in the back seat of her SUV when she pulled in at an all night "7-11" or "Circle K". (I can get the exact street address later)

What I saw next was even difficult for me to believe. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY OWN EYES. The store was next to an alley where the garages of an adjacent apartment building stood. Suddenly one of the garage doors rolled up about one-third open and I saw the SAME MAN who had been sitting across from me in the dining room of the Hampton Inn duck under the door and step out onto the alley. While the garage door remained open I could see only the legs of people sitting in chairs that were arranged in a circle. This was very strange to see inside of a residential garage.

The man stood in the alley and a PU truck immediately drove up into the alley and faced him. He gave the driver a sign with his hand and the truck SCREECHED away like lightening. The man went back into the garage and rolled down the door.

I immediately went into the convenience store and spoke with an employee named "Dave". He said that very strange sounds came out of that garage day and night. I am certain that this was one of the many 'black ops' headquarters.

Soon after this, I hired detective John Carman, San Diego, CA. (619 601-9250) to help me but he turned out to be ineffectual in getting any evidence and I stopped using him.

John, a licensed PI with a concealed weapons permit, was recently set-up to be arrested on phony weapons charges in front of his own child.")

MORE COVERT ASSAULTS

I continued to hear people in my house. I had seen one tall thin man with black hair leaving my property in broad daylight, open the front gate and enter a car that had just pulled up. I heard a woman coughing in the crawl space of my house after I had sprayed the area with pepper spray and I have had at least 6 illegal entries into my car and house where they have stolen cash and valuables. One day, after coming back from a day in Mexico, there were freshly made footprints along with dog prints (my dog had accompanied me to Mexico) in the sand throughout the property.

After discussing on the phone the possibility of producing commercials to expose these criminals with (perp) John Mecca, I found a severed Ethernet (Internet) cable that had been ripped out of the socket lying on the floor. This was not only a blatant threat of what was to come if I 'blew the whistle', it was an outrage that someone had broken into my house again and was also listening to my telephone conversations.

I then hired Roger Tolces, PI again from www.bugsweeps.com to measure the electro magnetic air waves that I could feel day and night. He measured the microwaves pulsing into my house steadily at 958 megahurtz. However Roger told me later he could not testify in court as he is afraid of what the government might do to him. He had already had his office broken into and his files ransacked by U.S. law enforcement agents.

In an effort to also put me out of business, my email client list of 8,000 addresses was made virtually useless when I sent out a notice to old customers selling an updated list. Normally my list would bring in a few thousand dollars two times a year. But with the help of 'Magic Lantern' -- the program the U.S. government uses to spy, interact with, and usurp email-- very few of those email reached their destination. I also gave permission to an online pharmaceutical company called "Secure Medical" to use that same email list. They also sent out notices but only about 500 emails got delivered. The salesman I was working with, Mike Larchik's only comment at the time was, "That is the weirdest thing I've ever seen".

Any email or U.S. Mail which is not flattering or which contains incriminating information about the government is quickly read and sabotaged. Before I understood how widespread this corruption was in the U.S. Government, like a good law-abiding citizen, I sent letters out to ALL members of the (Democratic) Senate and House, documenting the criminal actions of what I believed was a rogue government agency. I did not receive one response. Senator Byrd's office practically hung up the phone on me. And although the ACLU supposedly is an organization that 'upholds human rights and civil liberties' they said they could do nothing. The Attorney General in Indio, CA who is part of the corruption, laughed and said "Where's your evidence?" (Funny, I thought it was his job to investigate.) Congresswoman Mary Bono's office, represented by Mr. Penrod apparently knew what was going on but said 'it wasn't his problem'. He referred me back to the corrupt Attorney General in Indio. And although I am aware that Congressman Ron Paul knows a great deal about the so-called non-lethal weapons being used on most citizens - as does ALL of the U.S. Senate and House -- I never received any response from him either.

SECOND MURDER ATTEMPT

Sunday, May 30th, 2003 Something I ingested in the early morning suddenly began to make me feel very strange and extremely dizzy. I was afraid of passing out. It was not the normal feeling of having eaten something bad. It felt like some chemical because of the intensity and the rapid overwhelming feeling of blacking out -- and I realized something toxic had been put into either the milk or the orange juice. Beginning to panic as I did not want to be unconscious alone in my house, I ran out in my terrycloth robe and called 911on my cell phone. (Note: The 911 call is not on record. The reason is because the call never actually went through to the precinct but was intercepted before it connected -- something that they can do - especially if they are prepared for an incident... which they obviously were).

Very shortly, a police car followed by a fire truck drove up. A chubby dark-haired policeman with a moustache got out of the police car and walked into my yard laughing,

"Hey, did you call 911? Well we're here. The paramedics are here to fix you up good"

He kept laughing as I was struggling to not faint. I realized that whoever these paramedics were -- they were not there to help. I said, "No forget it. I don't need a paramedic. And I no longer need the police either." I staggered past him to my front gate while the policeman walked into my house and then came back out again. I ran across the street to my neighbors house - a very nice couple -- at 30300 Via Las Palmas.

As I did so, I heard him call out behind me while still laughing, "Hey I'm one of the police officers who came to your house a few months ago! Too bad its curtains for you. Yeah... too bad. I'll even tell you my name so you know who killed you... my name is Rodolpho."

My neighbors opened the door and I blurted out -- "They've poisoned me". The woman gave me her cell phone to use.

Suddenly Rodolpho appeared in their yard WITH HIS REVOLVER OUT OF THE HOLSTER ... POINTED AT THEM!

He said laughing "Now Leslie, I think this woman needs to take her cell phone to work..."

He cocked his gun at her, "Don't you?"

Both she and her husband were absolutely petrified and could barely speak.

He added, "I'm sure you won't say anything about what happened here... will you?"

All my neighbor could do was nod "Yes". I gave the phone back to her and staggered back to my house.

Officer Roldolpho apparently assumed I was going to die of poisoning. He just kept laughing and said "Well, good bye Leslie... sorry things had to end this way."

And he drove off. I went inside my house and forced myself to throw up. I drank a ton of water and began to feel revived. I went to get my cell phone but apparently Rodolpho STOLE it when was in my house. I got dressed to go to Kinkos to use their internet machines in Palm Desert to post the incident on my email but the email never got out.

ESCAPADES IN "THE LOONY BIN"

Finally after stalling for about an hour I walked out of Kinkos and about 5 cars started to 'swarm' me. I was afraid to drive my car so I started to walk. The threats and harassment on Hwy 111 from Kinkos was unbelievable. As I walked, I was also then afraid they would pull me into one of their cars because one of them got out and showed me a switchblade knife to terrify me. It worked. I shoved my laptop into a shallow storm drain in Palm Desert so that they would not get it -- and then tried to hail a cab. But no one stopped and by this time I was in a total panic. So I took off my thong shoes in an effort to run faster. I should have held onto them but I let them drop as I was very frightened. I suddenly realized I looked very strange with no shoes on but it was too late. I walked into the Burger King barefoot -- was served a Coke -- and the police appeared.

They put handcuffs on me because I was barefoot though--they said-- I was not arrested. The policeman searched me and found no drugs. He put me into the police car and drove to where my car was parked at Kinkos, searched it (illegally) to see if he could find my laptop and then took me to the "Oasis Mental Hospital" in Indio - where I was admitted as a "5150 paranoid"-- in an effort to discredit any of the reports I had previously made or intended to make in the future.

Upon my admittance into the Oasis Mental Hospital although I had NO PREVIOUS PROBLEM with heart disease both admitting Nurse REFUSED to check off the box on the patients form which indicated NO PROBLEM. She also refused to fill in the part that showed I had NO BRUISES on me when I was admitted. Obviously to be filled-in at a later date, when necessary. I confronted the Nurse with this and she said "We don't do things that way." (Apparently not) However the clincher was the hospital attendants who offered me a cigarette one day. After taking only one drag without even inhaling -- my heart started to palpitate wildly. The attendant then shuffled me in to immediately get tested for blood pressure. I realized only later some chemical was in that cigarette which got my heart palpitating and he had offered it to me to have on record more evidence of my having heart problems. Heart attacks are another covert way of electronically murdering people.

The lone public pay phone in the hospital was totally controlled so most outgoing calls did not go through. The line was either constantly busy or they interjected it with one of their own agents pretending they were the local operator who was unable to connect the call. This is not difficult to do. They do this easily on cell phones as well. They also pre-recorded some of my friends answering services and interjected it midstream, so I would believe I left a message . But like the 911 call -- the connection was never really made. Most of my friends also could not get through to me at the hospital when they called. None of this is my imagination. I am perceptive and aware of their tricks. Alan Layton a "friend", informed me during my 72-hour hospital stay that they were not going to let me leave the Oasis Mental Facility alive. He wanted to know where my lap top was. I told him "in a storm drain". He said, "Oh that's good ... now there's no evidence."

After 72-hours, I met with the hospital 'psychiatrists'-- who were obviously also very corrupt and I agreed after he very forcefully made the suggestion, to remain an additional 3 days of my own accord. But 24-hours later, on June 6, 2003 and ONLY through Divine Intervention , I was 'told' to sign myself out against their wishes.

With only the clothes on my back and the $400 cash I had with me when I was admitted into the mental facility, I got on a Greyhound bus to Chino Valley, Arizona and stayed at the Garchen Institute of Tibetan Buddhism for about 10 weeks. I was very badly shaken from this experience and also because a car had actually tried to side swipe the Greyhound bus crash and make it crash on the way to Arizona. And as unbelievable as it sounds, it is true. Kathy Dhyer who is the manager at the Garchen Institute, was kind enough to let me stay there for one month before the 4-week Summer Teachings began. She gave me extra clothes to wear and was very instrumental - along with Garchen Rinpoche and the other wonderful Lamas -- in calming me down. I was truly traumatized. Kathy didn't believe I was lying but she also did not wholeheartedly believe my story... but no one did.

In November of that year 2003, I left the USA for the first time and stayed away for 6 months. I was attacked electronically abroad as well. And as I began to make arrangements to have my dog shipped to me from Palm Desert...I was told that my healthy 6-year old dog had "suddenly died".

I don't need evidence to know that 'black ops' murdered my dog.

I finally came back to America in June or July 2004 and the assaults continued, becoming increasingly violent as I began to post information on the Internet.

There are other details but they are not perhaps pertinent to this account.

ROBERT DAVID ARGUELLES’ TESTIMONY 6.28.07

My name is Robert David Arguelles. I’m 47 years old and was born and raised in the city of Corona, which is in Riverside County in the state of California. My story begins with the fact that on May 8, 2004, a Saturday morning at approximately 9 o’ clock, I received a phone call from a sergeant from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. He at the time stated that my son, Robert David Arguelles II was found in his car on a dirt road called Skyline Road, which runs through the National Cleveland Forest. The National Cleveland Forest separates Riverside and Orange Counties. My son’s, Robert, or as in Bobby as most family members called him, death was classified as a suicide.

Approx 7 to 8 months later, I started to have problems as to having voice to skull communications, as to it was revealed to me at the onset that the main person was a Lt. Tom Weeks from the Corona Police Department. His continuous harassment is that he was trying to get me to commit suicide. This mind control technology was continuous night and day and it continues as of today. But now it is mostly by an FBI agent, with the first name of "Tony", who works out of the Los Angeles FBI office at 1700 WIlshire Blvd in the city of Los Angeles. As of 6-28-07, he has stopped communicating with me through the voice to skull technology, for the last few days, but continues off and on now as of 7-1-07 and I have seen him on approximately ten different occasions follow me as I walk to my bus stop before work and at the bus stop after I get off of work, which is late at night, for the most part, and have documented all the times and most of the dates and gave a copy to my parole officer out of the Chula Vista Parole Office and asked him to call the Los Angeles FBI and ask them to stop harassing me.

Starting in May of 2005, approximately one year after my son was murdered, I started to be illegally harassed by the Corona Police Department under the direction of Lt. Tom Weeks. My son was actually murdered by two doctors that had illegally harvested his main body organs. The two city of Riverside doctors, whose names are Dr. Zaccarias and Dr. Kenneth, were paid and are part of a network that is run by the city of Corona Police Chief Richard Gonzales, who came to the Corona Police Department from the Los Angeles Police Department where he was a captain.

The continuous harassment now is being done by a person named Lupe, who is a female, who is the personal secretary of Bill Miller, who owns a carpet cleaning company in the city of Reseda, which is next to the city of Los Angeles, by the name of Miller’s Carpet Care. He illegally purchased a main computer module that enables him to use the HAARP technology and is responsible, as of today, 7-01-07, for over 300 deaths. All of his employees who work at Miller’s Carpet Care out of Reseda are gangstalkers. He is the head of the Costa Nostra. He is 63 years old and his real name is Gennevie Outa and is originally from Philadelphia, PA.

Another crucial point of my story is that when I was 18 years old, I got into a dispute with another young man, who was 20 at the time, whose name was Mark Samuel Cammara. This was in May 1978. We had a dispute over a girl, whereas Mark Cammara shot at me at close range in the parking lot of the grocery store where he and the young lady, who was the former girlfriend of mine, both worked. As I was exiting my car, he fired the first shot, at which I put my arm up and a piece of bullet fragment hit my forearm. I still have the scar on the area above my wrist. He then walked up to me and pointed a .357 Magnum handgun approximately 12 inches away from my face, which had hollow point bullets. He then stated, "How did you like that?" As he did, his sister came out of the supermarket and yelled, "Please, Mark, don’t shoot him." As he looked over at her, I grabbed the .357 handgun. As I did, the second shot went off because he already had the hammer pulled back. We struggled for the gun. I then gave him an elbow to the stomach, as to he then released the gun. I walked into the grocery store. As he followed me, he stated to me: Robert, Give me back my gun. As he neared me, I turned around and pointed the gun at him and told him to stay back. His mother and sister were both at the scene and eventually he was arrested by the Corona Police Department. While I was in the store, his mother made a racial slur at me as to I am a Mexican-American. Mark Cammara was humiliated by the fact that I took the .357 Magnum Python handgun away from him and always had this animosity towards me. Through the years, I would see Mark Cammara around the city of Corona, which at the time the population was approximately 40 to 80,000 people.

In approximately 1992, he became good friends with a patrolman named Tom Weeks. Mark Cammara was the owner of two used car lots, one which is on 6th and Sheridan in Corona and the other is on the corner of Main Street and River Road, and he met Patrolman Tom Weeks on a burglary call on one of his cars. At the time, Patrolman Tom Weeks quickly rose through the ranks and was then promoted to detective, then to lieutenant. The person who has given me all of the crucial evidence is his wife, a former Corona police officer, whose name is Karen Weeks, who is 37 years old and was a 16-year veteran of the Corona Police Department, who has since divorced her husband, less than two months ago, and on the same day in April 2007, resigned from the Corona Police Department. Her title was changed by in her computer file to be a firearms assistant, as to she actually was the main senior computer analyst, who started working for the Corona Police Department when she was 21 in 1992. She has stated to me that during the whole time as an officer for the Corona Police Department, she has been doing the gangstalking and now has turned her life around and thus the reason coming forward and revealing all said facts to me.

She is now being constantly harassed by the Chief, Richard Gonzales, of the Corona Police Department through the HAARP system and is causing her to have sharp hearts pains and severe migraine headaches and is also violating her privacy by listening and watching her every move through the Corona Police Department’s main computer system and he has a laptop that is illegal, which he carries around with him and takes home every night. All Corona Police officers have their own personal laptops, which are also illegal, which are connected to the Corona Police Department main computer system that is linked to the HAARP system that is also used by all law enforcement agencies in the United States, including the FBI, the CIA and National Security Agency. Most of her former fellow officers to the top brass of the department are also harassing her.

Approximately one year later, in May 2005, after my son’s death, I began to be illegally and falsely be arrested by the Corona Police Department. I was arrested five times in a 2-1/2 month period. As I was arrested the fourth time, I was charged for receiving stolen property and also having a concealed weapon, which was a small half-pair of scissors. In the police report, it stated that I had burglarized the apartment below me where I lived, which the persons were part of the gangstalking team. They stated that I had stolen their stereo equipment, but the stereo, which was a Sony home receiver, was actually a graduation gift I had bought for my son Robert in June 2001, the day before his graduation. I had stated this to my public defender, my attorney, but all three of my public defenders never listened to my facts. They never even came and interviewed me on my side of the story. They never came to me and questioned me as to the exact, truthful facts. During one court appearance I stated that if they would have the serial numbers checked, it would prove that the Sony home receiver was sold from a Circuit City store on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside on the day before my son’s graduation in June 2001. They also charged me with resisting arrest. which was also a false charge. As I was being questioned on one occasion, I made the mistake of stating that Lt. Tom Weeks was communicating with me, but it was actually voice to skull at the time, but I did not recognize the phrase "voice to skull" so I did not state that. So when I made the statement as to communicating, they used that against me.

The judge, who knew exactly what was going on, had me sent to Patton State Mental Hospital to be evaluated. This was to discredit my character and after I spent 2-1/2 months there, I was given a clean bill of health and was found competent to stand trial. As I arrived at Patton State Hospital, Karen Weeks, who was communicating with me, as in voice to skull, told me not to say anything about the voice to skull communicating as to the technolgy. She stated that if I did, then I would not be released and would probably have an indefinite stay, as they would normally do to targeted victims to keep them institutionalized. So I didn’t but explained to my psychiatrist that my son was actually killed by a Lt. Tom Weeks and they were intrigued by my story. He stated just focus on passing the basic questions they ask during "staff conference" where there is a psychiatrist, a case worker, a conference coordinator, a nurse and a social worker. They all seemed to be compassionate about my son’s death by Lt. Tom Weeks.

During the 2-1/2 month stay, I was harassed day and night at Patton State Hospital, and the whole four months before at the county jail by the voice to skull communicating. I was then sent back to the Riverside County Jail, where then I still tried to fight my case to no avail. They said that for the concealed weapon only, I would receive four years in the state prison. So my public defender stated that the plea bargain was that I take a two-year deal, so I felt that I had no chance, so I signed for the two-year sentence. I was then sent to North Kern State Prison near Bakersfield, California in the city of Delano for another 5-1/2 months. I ended up serving 15 months out of the two-year sentence.

Since February 2005 to now, July 2, 2007, I’ve been hearing voice to skull communication and am being harassed 24/7, day and night, along with sharp pains, migraines, sharp pains to both of my lungs, mostly to my left lung as it is constantly being saturated with radiation, because Karen Weeks can tell by the computer system, which she has at her home that enables to distinguish that I have signs of cancer in my left lung. So therefore, under the order of Chief Richard Gonzales, and head of the Costra Nostra, Bill Miller, whose real name is Gennevie Outa, who is the owner of Miller’s Carpet Care at 18045 Saticoy Avenue in the city of Reseda, which is right next to the city of Los Angeles, they are both trying to cause me to have a premature death, as to worsen my cancerous left lung. I also have sharp pains in both kidneys. I have cramps in both of my arms, legs and feet. They also oversaturate my throat with radiation that causes my throat to be constantly sore. As it is now, they are doing this so it will be hard for me to speak during the time when all of this comes to light in a court of law. They will also manipulate my bowel movements and my urinary tract and on one day, while I was in prison, I had to urinate approximately 80 times in one day. I have needle-like pains in both eyes. They also are causing me to have early signs of Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. They are also causing me to have synthetic dreams and are always waking me up at night. I often see dark spots and the hologram technology enables them to make me hallucinate dramatically on four different occasions.

After I was released from prison in December 2006, Lt. Tom Weeks and Chief Richard Gonzales went to the Riverside Parole Office, as in the California Department of Corrections. The California Department of Corrections is also involved in gangstalking. They stated to my parole officer, a Ms. Burkholder, that I was a viable threat to Lt. Weeks and his wife, Karen Weeks, as to that Lt. Tom Weeks had taken a restraining order out on me back in December 2005. The reason why Lt. Weeks had put Karen Weeks, his wife’s name, on the restraining order is because she had been threatening to him to tell me all of the exact facts as to all the details, as she is now doing.

The parole office then immediately transferred me to San Diego, California, the day after my mother was buried. She died on February 6, 2007. I moved into the halfway home here in Spring Valley, which is a small community next to the city of San Diego.

I started to call the San Diego FBI office under the direction of Kathy Loedler, who is the senior chief special agent in charge. I went to the FBI building in person twice and spoke to Special FBI Agent Steve Harley, and then approximately three weeks later, I spoke to FBI Special Agent Brett Fenaglio and handed Special Agent Steve Harley an 11-page report that detailed all the main culprits of my gangstalkers, which numbered approximately 20 exact names that were given to me by former Corona Police Officer Karen Weeks, who at the time was still a sworn officer. I also called the the office of Senior FBI Special Agent in Charge, Kathy Loedler, and complained to them that I had yet to be interviewed on my 11-page report by Special Agents Fenaglio and Harley. On one occasion, as I spoke to FBI agent Steve Harley, he was adamant that I call the Los Angeles FBI office, that even though I am now living in the San Diego area and it was out of their jurisdiction. After our discussion, he then had Special FBI Agent Brett Fenaglio call my parole officer, a Mr. Torres from the Chula Vista Parole Office, and angrily stated to him for me not to call their San Diego office anymore. FBI Agent Steve Harley was cordial in all of our conversations, as to we had approximately five conversations, as to I feel he is part of the conspiracy, as to he did not tell me directly not to call him anymore, as to he then ordered FBI Special Agent Brett Fenaglio to call my parole officer, Mr. Torres. The two FBI agents, along with another FBI agent whose first name is Tony, from the Los Angeles FBI office, are often my main gangstalkers, along with FBI Special Agent Susan Davidson.

Karen Weeks is helping me by communicating to me all the gangstalkers by name. She is able to because she has the same computer system that is also linked to the HAARP system in Alaska and knows them all personally except FBI Agents Harley and Fenaglio. She has stated to me to print in my story that it is President George W. Bush’s program that is being carried out by the CIA and by the FBI and all police departments in the United States. She also has stated that under the direction of Senior President George H. Bush, as to since 1984 that he started all of this gangstalking and is the main person responsible for now over 800,000 deaths around the world. She says the computer systems are all linked together and since she is an expert on it as a computer systems analyst, all of the deaths are actually recorded on the national police computer system, known as Datacomp. The Corona Police Department has over 500 officers. The population of the city of Corona is approximately 180,000.

She has also stated that she has personally met with President George W. Bush. He made a visit to Southern California to a city called Rancho Cucamonga, back in the summer of 2005. On his visit, President George W. Bush, in the middle of the night, went to Corona on a secret visit and went to her home where the Chief Richard Gonzales gave the president a million dollars in cash, as a gift for being a good friend, supposedly. But the truth is that all police chiefs in the United States are to give the president 10 percent of all illegal takings, as to all fraudulent acts that are done by the illegal use of the mind control technology. The scheme that they mostly used was thought up by his father, George H. Bush, Sr., who when he was the CIA director came up with the idea and promoted it to the Illuminati. So when his son, George W. Bush, was elected, the program was put into place.

President Bush and his father are constantly monitoring my actions, as to my case in whole, because they have been informed by Chief Richard Gonzales of the dilemma, as to the probability that all of this will come to light.

Most gangstalkers have direct access to the CIA, if they have any questions as to how to use the technology, as to HAARP. Karen Weeks, the former Corona Police Officer, who resigned in April 2007, has stated to me that the HAARP is linked up to the national police computer system that is also called Datacomp, which in turn is connected to every police department in the United States. The

CIA and FBI have gone around to each and every police department and have implemented this plan; that they teach the plan to go after mostly Latinos in Southern California, who are first-time homeowners. They target them because their English is limited and they cannot communicate to authorities that they are hearing voice-to-skull. Even if they could, the persons who are doing the voice-to-skull voices are, in fact, the police and I have found out the FBI and the CIA are also involved.

I have called and written to all three FBI offices in Riverside, Los Angeles and San Diego and called the FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC and left a message to the head of the FBI, Robert Mueller III and never received a call back from Washington, DC. I was written back from the Los Angeles FBI, a female special agent wrote to me and stated there was nothing she could do for me. I have since spoken to her on two occasions and as to the first occasion, after revealing to her some critical facts, she hung up on me. The second time, in May of 2007, she stated she would call me back "because investigations take a while". I also spoke to an FBI agent by the first name of Tony, who I’ve seen now on 12 different occasions following me around in the area where I live in Spring Valley, California and where I work in the small city of Lemon Grove, which is next to the city of San Diego. Karen Weeks, who knows them both personally, has been telling me that they are both on the "team" of gangstalkers. I walked into the San Diego office on Aero Drive on two different occasions. On the first day I saw an FBI agent by the name of Steve Harley, and I handed him an 11-page report as to all of the critical facts of my case that were given me directly by former Corona Police Officer Karen Weeks. I then went back in May, approximately three weeks later, and spoke to FBI agent Brett Fenaglio and gave him the book Mind Control World Control by Jim Keith. I asked him to read Chapters 24 to 34 and he wrote down my request in his notes, along with the 11-page report that contained most of the names of my gangstalkers. I eventually called and left approximately 15 detailed messages with FBI Agent Steve Harley directly on his message phone.

I also called one evening to the same San Diego FBI office and spoke to a different duty agent and gave them information about a mass grave on the edge of the city of Corona by a park that is closed that is called Prado Park. There is a total of 60 persons buried there. I gave the FBI agent the exact location of the mass grave, which is down the Archibald entrance driveway. The mass grave is northeast of the old picnic area, where there is an area that has a grove of eucalyptus trees. The mass grave is right next to the Santa Ana River water’s edge. This was back in April of 2007 and they still refuse to come and interview me on all of these exact facts and allegations. I have told them on several occasions I would be willing to take a lie detector test.

As to my main gangstalkers, they are as follows: Chief Richard Gonzels from the Corona Police Department; Sheriff Richard Boyle, who is chief of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department; the Head District Attorney of Riverside County, Rod Pacheco; his Deputy District Attorney, Chuck Hughes; his Senior Chief Investigator, David Topping; the head of the Costra Nostra, Bill Miller, as in Gennevie Outa, age 63; Chief William H. Bratten from the Los Angeles Police Department; and Deputy Brandt of Riverside County Sheriff’s Dept.

It was stated to me by Karen Weeks that a sheriff deputy by the name of James Brandt is the person who actually shot and killed Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas. I used to work with Deputy Brandt’s wife, whose name is Leslie Brandt, for approximately five years at a Stater Bros. Market in the city of Norco, which is right next to Corona, where I worked from July 1977 until July of 1990. They both are also two of my gangstalkers. Riverside Deputy James Brandt arrested me on one occasion back in July of 2005. The Las Vegas Police Department was informed by Riverside County Head District Attorney, Rod Pacheco, that a "hit" was going to be made and asked them not to investigate or follow any leads. Leslie Brandt is approximately 49 years old and is originally from the city of Norco in Riverside County. I observed her in another supermarket as she was wanting to see if I would still recognize her. I did not say anything to her, as she walked by me approximately 15 feet away. She also wanted to see herself on tape, as my actions were being recorded.

Also David Topping, Senior Chief Investigator for the office of Deputy Chief District Attorney Chuck Hughes, who is directly under Head District Attorney for Riverside County, Rod Pacheco; David Topping, who is a veteran Riverside County law enforcement officer, is responsible for the death of Biggie Smalls, as in Christopher George Latore Wallace, the famous rap singer from Brooklyn, New York, who was gunned down in the Los Angeles area. Both deaths were okayed by Head District Attorney Rod Pacheco. He, Rod Pacheco, has a website that advertises murder for hire. Both Officer James Brandt and senior chief David Topping are long-time Riverside County law enforcement officers.

Another one of my gangstalkers is a man who I personally know by the name of Ron Collins, who is the owner of the tow yard where my van was taken in July of 2005. The tow yard is on Hamner Ave. in Norco.

One of the persons buried at Prado Park is a former husband of a woman named Lori Cavazos Pallace, who is the best friend of Leslie Brandt. They both work for the grocery chain Stater Bros. Chief Richard Gonzales uses the Datacomp computer system, which is inked to "HAARP" which can hypnotize a person. He will hypnotize mostly females. He will then have illegal sex with them, as in rape. He is currently doing this to his next door neighbor, who is the daughter of a good friend of mine. The victim is also the sister-in-law of a veteran Corona police detective by the name of Henry Aja, who has since retired from the Corona Police Department.

Of the 60 victims buried at the mass grave in Corona in Prado Park, I have given approximately 20 names to the FBI office in San Diego on Aero Drive. They did not want to interview me. I have repeatedly asked them to and I would show them exactly where the mass grave is. I also stated at the time that I would take a polygraph test. All superior judges and municipal judges in Riverside County are paid to go along with the fraudulent loan and property schemes.

I called the mortuary where my son was taken and the name of Don Abercrombie was given, as to he was the embalmer who worked on my son. Karen Weeks has been telling me all along that he is also a gangstalker. Approximately two days later, I spoke to Don Abercrombie and he denied knowing Karen Weeks. I asked him if there was a plastic bag containing my son’s heart, kidneys, and lungs in his chest cavity. He stated that there was but he did not look directly into the plastic bag, only to insert a tube into the plastic bag to treat its contents. His son, Troy Abercrombie, and his wife, Annette, are also two more of my gangstalkers. I know them both personally because I used to work with them, both back in 1979 to 1981 in a grocery store right across the street from there the mortuary is at in the city of Norco. They are all part of a network that Chief Richard Gonzales of the Corona Police Department monitors that are part of a bigger network that leads to the FBI and CIA agencies, that, in turn, are being instigated by President George W. Bush, who. in turn, is under the direction of his father, George H.W. Bush, Sr., who is a former CIA director, who has the knowledge of how the mind control technology works as to using it through HAARP. It needs to be investigated who actually owns the HAARP system.

All the persons I have named have full knowledge of my case and it is important that as many persons reading this call, fax, write, or email Representative Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House in Washington, DC, because she has been asking Congress questions about this violation of our civil rights, as to our rights of privacy.

The CIA and FBI and local law enforcement and currently, along with the National Security Agency, are illegally using this technology to illegally gain monetary assets in many fraudulent acts. For instance, they will stalk a victim to make them sign a fraudulent loan, most of the time for $60,000, as to then they will use their property as collateral. Then they will use the technology to make them forget to pay the loan payment, so when they do, their property will then go into default. They will seize their home when the victim is out and are mostly now homeless or living with family or friends; as to they will then take out a fraudulent life insurance policy, usually for a million dollars, and use the voice to skull to torment them to commit suicide. They will then go to the bank where the loan money was deposited and would use fraudulent paperwork to withdraw the money. Remember that these are all professional and law enforcement officials that have access to documents that can be manipulated fraudulently, along with using their badge. Or they will use the mind control technology to make the victims deposit the loan money in a bank whereas they have "team" gangstalkers working so it will be easy for them to have the loan money released to them.

There were two junior high schoolmates of mine that had received large inheritances, one for $30 million and one for $40 million, as they were both killed by two Corona police sergeants who were married to each other. The Chief Richard Gonzales is now in dispute with the two sergeants and is trying to take the $70 million from them. He is wanting to desperately acquire the stolen assets so he can pay Senior Former President George H. Bush the large sum of cash so he can get the okay to end my life. There is a dilemma as to the team of gangstalkers as to that I have an older brother who is ten years older than I am, who is a very influential person in the California state prison system. Their fear is that if they end my life or Karen Weeks’ life, is because I have already informed my brother that Lt. Tom Weeks, the Costra Nostra leader Bill Miller, who I worked for five years, and Chief Richard Gonzales and Chief Richard Boyle, that they are the main culprits, along with the FBI agent Tony from the Los Angeles FBI office, and his superior Susan Davidson, the Senior Chief Special Agent in Charge. Also the Head District Attorney from Riverside County, Rod Pacheco, is involved. Their dilemma is if I am killed that they will almost all be arrested and have to face serious consequences in the California state prison system.

My brother, whose name is Jose Garcia Arguelles, who is 57 years old, was actually hit by a 21-year-old rookie police officer by the name of Tom John Cammara; he, along with two other officers by the names of Officer Waldon and a K-9 Unit Officer R. Paul. The accident was coordinated by Lt. Tom Weeks, as he looked from the lobby of the Corona Police Department, which sits up high. As of today, July 2, 2007, my brother is still in the hospital, as to both of his legs are severely damaged and one leg almost had to be amputated.

Also, a young man by the name of Anthony Barton was illegally killed by a sergeant by the name of Jerry Rodriguez, who was a leader of a SWAT team. They killed him as a vengeful act because he was accused of shooting another Corona police officer by the name of Dan Dunnigan. He was shot execution style by several Corona police SWAT team members, as to the FBI is also involved in the coverup of his wrongful death. I often speak to his mother, whose name is Rose Barton "Peaches". She is under constant illegal surveillance by the same type of technology that I am, as through the satellite system, but is not aware of it. She is also a lifetime resident of the city of Corona.

Senior Former President George H. Bush is constantly monitoring my case by the Datacomp computer system, as in the national police computer system. Remember truth is often stranger than fiction.

It would be hard for my family members to believe that both of my parents, my mother, Engracia Garcia Arguelles, age 78 when she died on February 6, 2007, and my father, Jose Baltafar Arguelles, age 72 when he died in 2002, as my father died as a result of six years of mind control technology through HAARP. The man who shot at me when I was 18 years old, Mark Samuel Cammara, is responsible, along with Lt. Tom Weeks and Chief Richard Gonzales, Bill Miller, and Lupe, who is the personal secretary of Bill Miller, are all responsible for the deaths of my parents. Along with the death of my aunt, Mr. Martina Ibarra of Las Cruces, New Mexico, who was actually killed after my son’s death.

In 1992 was when the illegal torment started as to my father by Chief Richard Gonzales, but he did not start hearing voices until 1996. Both of his legs were amputated by wrongful diagnosis by his doctors that were paid by Mark Samuel Cammara. That is when Mark Cammara started to pay Detective Tom Weeks. All this is happening as a result of a combination of two different persons wanting to do me harm. One is that Chief Richard Gonzales of the Corona Police Department used then mind control technology to cause my divorce in 1989 after my then wife, Suzanne, and I were tormented for approximately two years before the final divorce date of December 1989. The Chief took a liking to my then wife, Suzanne Louise Munoz, whereas in Suzanne Louise Arguelles, after an FBI agent from the Riverside office took notice of her in approximately 1986 after she had gone into a store that was a head shop, a store that sold paraphanelia. I, at the time, sold crystal meth and cocaine. I had sent her there to buy 200 plastic bag. The store personnel were actually FBI agents and when my former wife paid with a check, it got the attention of the FBI agents. The FBI agent was drawn by my wife’s beauty and took a picture of her and showed it to Police Chief Richard Gonzales, so he could start illegally having sex with her by using the mind control technology to hypnotize her. While he would have illegal sexual intercourse with her, she was hypnotized while I was at work. At the time I used to work the graveyard shift at a Stater Bros. market, a major grocery chain in southern California.

Karen Weeks also has stated that she has all of the illegal acts between my former wife, Suzanne, and him that was recorded and she has them on CD and will serve as viable proof in a court of law.

The second reason all of this came into play was that the man, Mark Samuel Cammara, who shot at me in 1978, as I took a .357 Magnum Python handgun from him, still had a personal vendetta against me and then he in 1992 became friends with then Corona Police Patrolman Tom Weeks. Then Officer Weeks introduced him into being a gangstalker.

Chief Richard Gonzales has over 300 homes, as in land titles, in his name in a small community named Home Gardens, which is between the city of Corona and the city of Riverside. The Chief Richard Gonzales is responsible for over 600 deaths, 300 illegal rapes and another 85 rapes as to teenage girls whose ages range from 13 to 17 years old. Rod Pacheco, who is the head district attorney for the county of Riverside is responsible for over 2,000 deaths and has committed over 300 rapes as to adult women and over 80 rapes of teenage girls. Head Sheriff Richard Boyle has also used the mind control technology to end the life of over 300 innocent victims but has no illegal rapes. Chief William H. Bratten is responsible for over 5,000 deaths and no rapes. The FBI agent "Tony", from the Los Angeles FBI office at 1700 Wilshire Blvd. in the city of Los Angeles, who was under the direction of CIA Field Officer John Middleton, who was from the city of Riverside, who Karen Weeks has stated to me that he, the CIA Officer John Middleton, has committed suicide since, as in approximately May 2007 and is also buried at the Prado Park site in Corona. Both FBI Agent Tony and John Middleton, along with the California Department of Corrections, are responsible for the illegal deaths, as in murder of over 2,000 Mexican Mafia members since 1998 and over 20,000 of their immediate family members. The former Corona Police Officer Karen Weeks has all of the illegal deaths, as in murders that I just spoke about, on CD along with the 800,000 illegal deaths that I spoke about earlier. The 800,000 illegal deaths come from the Datacomp computer system that she has recorded. A total of 40,000 deaths in Southern California are made up of 90% Latino victims. She has all of the illegal deaths that were committed by Chief Richard Gonzales, Head Sheriff Richard Boyle from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Dept., Head District Attorney Rod Pacheco, Chief William H. Bratten, and all rapes on CD that is also automatically recorded by the Datacomp computer system that has all U.S. police departments linked together.

Two other "gangstalkers" that I saw on one occasion was a former FBI agent from the Riverside Field Office who was originally from the city of Corona, who I know personally from my old neighborhood, as we used to attend the Boys Club in Corona, who was also an outstanding wrestler at Corona High School. I observed him and an Asian man approximately 40 to 50 years old at an Office Depot store when I was with a woman by the name of Rochelle Davidson, who was 37 and whom I was dating at the time, who also is part of the gangstalking team. Karen Weeks has stated to me that the Asian man was in fact, David Topping, the senior chief investigator for Deputy Chief District Attorney Chuck Hughes of the Riverside County District Attorney’s office of Rod Pacheco. A fire battalion chief by the name of Ted Yancu, who I also went to high school with and we were also on the Corona High School track team together was also at the scene where my son was found and is very aware of my son’s illegal death. He and another Corona fireman, who has since retired by the name of Jeff Holden, I also went to high school with Jeff Holden; as to these both and all persons I mentioned all have on CD the recording of the illegal operation of the harvesting of my son’s body organs, as to the illegal transplant operation of his heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, eyes and knees.

My son’s hearts and lungs went to Bill Miller , who is a heavy smoker and had emphysema, who is the head of the Costra Nostra. He is the owner of Miller’s Carpet Care, a carpet cleaning company whose main office is out of Reseda, California, which is right next to the city of Los Angeles, which covers all of Los Angeles County. He also has an office in the city of San Bernardino that covers most of San Bernardino County, most or all of Riverside County except the Blythe area, next to the California/Arizona border. His office covers all of the Inland Empire, especially the cities of Corona, Riverside, and all of the Coachella Valley, like the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indio, Cathedral City and all of the cities that are in Orange County. He also has an office in the city of San Diego, which covers most of the city of San Diego and surrounding cities. Cheyenne Miller, who is approximately 40 years old, is the son of Costra Nostra leader Bill Miller, and was conceived as to Bill Miller raped his sister and she never filed rape charges against him. Cheyenne Miller is the office manager of the San Diego office of Miller’s Carpet Care and is also one of my gangstalkers. He is a Costra Nostra member and a Ku Klux Klan member. He, Cheyenne Miller, was brought into the Ku Klux Klan by Lt. Tom Weeks, who is originally from the south. I worked for him as a carpet cleaning technician and assistant office manager for five years and did not know that he was head of the Costra Nostra, as in organized crime, until I was told by Karen Weeks, the former veteran Corona Police Officer, who recently resigned in April of 2007. She also divorced her husband, Lt. Tom Weeks, on the same day.

My son’s liver went to the mother of Mark Cammara, who has the same last name, as in Mrs. Cammara. She is also from the city of Corona. My son’s kidneys went to a Mr. Arreola, who is the father of Chris Arreola, who is the former wife of Mark Cammara, who Chris Arreola is the mother of the 21-year-old rookie police officer Tom John. Tom John and Mark Cammara are also Costra Nostra members. Tom John Cammara, the 21-year-old rookie Corona police officer, along with his father, are both Costra Nostra members. My son’s eyes went to a female Corona Police Officer that is married to a senior detective by the name of Robert Neuman, who are both also gangstalkers.

Other Corona police gangstalkers are as follows: A Sergeant Alex Marmolego, who is a 30-year veteran; Senior Detective John Rosso, who is also a 30-year veteran; Senior Detective Jeff Edwards, also a veteran Corona Police Officer; Lt. Johnson; Sergeant Roulston; Corporal Saling; K-9 Unit Officer R. Paul; Mr. And Mrs. Deyruter, both are sergeants for the Corona Police Department; Officer Alvarez; Officer Jeremy Sanchez; Senior Officer Sergeant Jerry Rodriguez; and Sergeant Jackie Nielson, who I went to high school with - I graduated in 1977 from Corona High School and she graduated in 1978 - Lt. Tom Weeks, who was the team leader and the former husband of the senior main computer analyst for the Corona Police Department, Karen Weeks, whose title was changed by Chief Richard Gonzales in her computer file to firearms assistant.

All of the front desk personnel of the Corona Police Department are also gangstalkers, along with the mostly 500 Corona police officers.

The employees of Miller’s Carpet Care office, in the city of Reseda, next to the city of Los Angeles, all three secretaries, especially one by the name of Lupe, Cheryl McClaine, and Bessie, and an accountant and personnel assistant whose name is Mike McClaine, are all of my gangstalkers. They are responsible for over 300 deaths, mostly in the Los Angeles County area that are all mostly Latino victims, also.

Gangstalkers are mostly law enforcement officers, as in local city police, and FBI agents from the area. Also private citizens who bought into the system or program for monetary gain. HAARP means "high frequency active auroral research program" which is in the state of Alaska. The FBI agent "Tony" from the Los Angeles office is, as I stated, one of my gangstalkers. He has claimed on numerous occasions that he is the head of the Crips gang out of Los Angeles. Tony is responsible for 300 rapes, besides the 2,000 deaths of Mexican Mafia members. The rapes were the wives or female girlfriends of the Mexican Mafia members that were killed while in prison. He raped another 85 teenage girls that are mostly immediate family members of the 2000 Mexican Mafia members. The CIA program or their plan was to go after Latino victims and they, the Mexican Mafia members, were prime targets. He, Tony, can solve two problems or had two agendas: One of them was to satisfy the CIA’s plan or program to go after Latino victims and as to the other reason that he is the leader of the Crips gang and there is an ongoing battle in both state and federal prisons for the Crips to gain control of the prisons.

Tony, the FBI agent and Crips gang leader, has committed illegal sex acts with Chief Richard Gonzales, which can constitute himself as a male prostitute.

There is a prominent businessman named Ron Burkle, who is from La Jolla, which is right next to the city of San Diego, who is also a Costra Nostra member. He is under the direction of Bill Miller. He is also one of my gangstalkers. Ron Burkle is also a personal friend of former President Clinton. Tom John Cammara, who was the 21-year-old rookie at the time of my brother, Jose Garcia Arguelles’ accident on August 8, 2005, who is now 22, he and his father, Mark Samuel Cammara, approximately age 45, are both Costra Nostra members also.

The persons that are buried at the mass grave at Prado Park are buried in plastic body bags, that are registered and numbered that were illegally purchased by Chief Richard Gonzales of the Corona Police Department. He believed that none of this would ever come to light and is the reason for making the mistake of burying the bodies in registered, numbered body bags that will or can be easily traced back to the Riverside County Coroner’s office. The body bags which are numbered were bought from a Dr. Fajardo. He is a pathologist who did the actual autopsy on my son, Robert. He works at the Riverside County Coroner’s Office in Perris, California.

Senior Former President George H. Bush used government funding to pay for research at different institutions and universities and research companies to integrate the different kinds of technology, as in brain- link to the HAARP system, to illegally use in U.S. government spy technologies for international and domestic use. They use this to benefit for monetary gain by implementing the fraudulent loan and property schemes being carried out by the CIA, FBI and domestic law enforcement, as in the local police departments.

The public at large should also know that Magnetoenee Phalograph, these are imaging and superconducting quantum interference devices, known as "SQUIDS", which can cause a person to hallucinate, as I was made to on four different occasions. The hallucinations are made to look very real. Also the National Security Agency’s signals intelligence program through "Mag" computer-to-brain-monitoring via National Security Agency satellites, as in NSA audio-visual spy satellites that can hear and see exactly what you are hearing and seeing. The brain monitoring means that the NSA satellite system can monitor what you think, as in your thoughts, and targets the invincible electromagnetic field that surrounds your body. Without any contact with the subject, remote neural monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from a subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see exactly what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing and ears are hearing.

I have three children that are very dear to me. My daughter, Priscilla Rose Arguelles, who is 21. I have two sons, one named Roman Baltasar Arguelles, who is 19; and Gabriel Emilio Arguelles, who is 18, who just graduated in June 2007 from Centennial High School in Corona. My son Robert, who was killed, was a hero to all of us. He also had a daughter named Alana Suzanne Arguelles, who is my granddaughter, who is now four years old. Her mother is Ms. Eileen Flores. My whole family has been subjected to all of the different types of technology and their civil rights are constantly being violated as to their privacy.

For years I have had strange symptoms. Strange bouts with dizzyiness, then tingling and numbing sensations, burning sensations of feeling the cool of sometype of gas maybe, flu like symptoms of heat and nausea coming and going, hot and cold flashes, tooth pain, jolts to my back which would make me jump, pains in other parts of body ache and ache then leave all of a sudden, a metallic taste to mouth and nose, sudden bladder and bowel episodes, insomnia or chronic fatigue, energy buildup in my body that I get shocks from touching things, clumps of hair falling out in just certain areas only on my scalp, feelings of vibrations and jolts. Also out of the blue muscle cramps and spasms. Sounds affected me somehow.

Then I moved back to the house I grew up in to take care of my mother to keep her out of a nursing home whick was about 7 years ago. The symptoms increased dramatically.

I would go thru different stages of each of the symptoms.

But one symptom I could not explain somehow. The only definition my brain could define it as was my body was somehow ungrounded. I didn't know why or how but my brain told me I guess I was picking up energy and it was attracting to me in some manner. That was about 6 years ago. At night the fence line surrounding my house of my neighbors seemed to have sometype of heat or steam or gas oozing out of it, but how do you photograph the invisible.

The outside and the inside of the house was manipulation of sounds all of the time. Whatever was going on on the north side of the house sounded like it was happening on the south side of the house and vice versa.

We had a fire in 2005 and we moved to a rental house 1 block off of a major throughfare through my town of population 63,000. I grew up in this town. I had many friends that lived in that area over the years. I know how traffic is suppose to sound. But sound would go dead. Completely dead one block away from this major street through our town. No sound of cars, no nothing, then sound would in someway WOUND its way back and always the first sound you would hear would be a dog barking in the distance (dog ears). I had talked to a retired Pacific Bell pole repairman and he told me that those were sound waves colliding. I said they would have to be pretty big sound waves wouldn't they and he said yes. I went on Physic Org Rooms and I was told that this sound waves colliding was actually Phase Cancellation but they said Totally Phase Cancellation was very very rare. Well I know Totally Sound was going dead, so whatever this rare phenomena was it was happening in my town.

I slowly knew that my personality was changing. Again I do not know how to explain this. I was losing my patience too often. It was just increasing. Periods of insomnia along with periods of chronic fatique. I thought this had to be related to the fact of my getting up and down all night long all day long to change my mothers briefs and I chalked it up to my body wasn't getting enough sleep. I no longer knew what it was to sleep longer than a 4 hr stretch.

Then about 3 years ago, all the symptoms came at me at once. The sleep disturbance tripled and became more pronounced. Ringing in my ears. Jolts and vibrations thruout my body. In the first 3 months the last 2 fingers on my left hand started numbing up and extending to the padded area just below those fingers. This went on for about another 9 mos and then it stopped. My heels are always inbetween the sensation of a body part falling asleep and waking up, just a constant never ending sensation, even if I raise my ankles off of the bed. My mother it is like something is pulling her heels to the bed. I raise her ankles each and every day, but something pulls her heels down to the bed and causes sores on them.

I used to sneeze alot, my allergies would affect me all the time. The symtpoms that started all of the other symptoms 3 years ago was my heart started racing, which induced my stomach acids to race and churn, and now I have a metallic taste to my mouth almost 24 hrs a day, day in and day out and It has lessened my senses of taste and smell.

I can be in and out of sleep and I can feel jolts go thru my body like watching your tv screen have a big static moment, well that is the jolts I feel in my body, like static jolting it over and over again, and my body jerks and jerks but in a rolling motion similiar to a static wave.

My doctors do not have a clue. I do not fit the premenpausosal profile after all the tests were run.

I have lived in this body for 47 years. I am a woman. Since the age of 14 my body has put me thru changes as everywoman is put thru when their menses start. So I know my body. I have memories of what is normal and what is not. My head was not making up these symptoms. My head was not imagining hot and cold flashes that went on for months on end that had me wanting to crawl out of my skin if it had been possible.

Now my skin goes thru these discoloratins of getting all dark blotchy red, and itching. I also noticed that if I hold 2 aluminum pie pans in my hands it will create my hands and feet to starting turn dark blotchy red like energy is pulling to those areas of my body.

I became to notice that I could be wide awake with my heart racing away, and hearing some faint sound and whatever I was holding in my hands, phone, tv remote, etc. fell out of my hands and I was asleep just like that. Then I would be jerked awake, be wide awake again, and then be put thru bam back to sleep. This pattern has repeated itself many times over the last 3 years.

The only thing the doctors agreed on was my body was overproducing serotin and noradrenaline. They tried me on many different serotin inhibitors but not one has yet to work.

The ringing in my ears became a popping like I was on an airplane or at a high elevation but my time has an elevation of 6 (six). Then over the last 9 months the popping became clicks.

My mother and me both experience gravity pressure changes inside the house. My 80 year old mother describes it as sometimes her hands feel like someone else's hands, like they are not her own, like they are just their in space. Because she is bedridden the energy effects her in different manners. Heat waves roll over and over and over her, with nausea but not quite nausea. The same happens to me.

Both me and my mother our visions are changing rapidly. I have watched my mothers lazy eye over the course of the last year becoming increasing more lazier and pulled to the side more. Her other eye seems to be rotating over and over again to cause redness. Both of us, at different times large spider webbing appears in our vision then disappears, and it blurs our vision and has black webbing.

We have on a regular basis the feeling of someone sitting or pressing down on our chests, like a wave.

At times they have slowed the energy down and I have been able to isolate the sensations I am experiencing. Sometimes the hot and cold flashes are memories of my brain of being out in the snow and getting a little frostbitten. Concerning my eyes and ears, one side of my body is rotating winding wounding areas of the body in a clockwide direction so my left side of my body in wounding coiling into tight tense circles toward the center of my body. The right side of the body is doing the same coiling counterclockwide but still coiling everything to the middle point of my body.. When I close my eyes, I can feel the unwinding of my eyes in the oppostie direction. When the energy is being lifted from me, my body can also identify that it is an unwinding uncoiling effect of that certain area of my body.

The pressure points that I lay on when I sleep seem to be mostly an area that can be manipulated. It is forever stopping and starting vibrations.

I became aware about 2 1/2 years ago that their seem to be sometype of energy being released from underground around my town, and especially from the property adjacent to my home. At night it can be seen like a vapor. But the other day I caught it being released, and it was actually energy from underground. It was caught in the sunlight and it was pulsating radiating along the pathway of objects. I have document this on video. Too many of us are experiencing these strange symptoms. Something in our environment is causing these abnormal symptoms that too many of us are experiencing.

I happened to come across a United States House Resolution of HR2977. The Space Preservation Act of 2001. In this house resolution it told of devices capable of producing the symptoms I have described. I do not like being a human guinea pig or lab rat for my government.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Space Preservation Act of 2001''. SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE. Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it ``is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.''. SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE. The President shall-- (1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and (2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components. SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS. The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons. SEC. 5. REPORT. The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on-- (1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and (2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4. SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES. Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for-- (1) space exploration; (2) space research and development; (3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or (4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems. SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) The term ``space'' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space. (2)(A) The terms ``weapon'' and ``weapons system'' mean a device capable of any of the following: (i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by-- (I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object; (II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object; (III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or (IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means. (ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)-- (I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B); (II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or (III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person. E. PERFORMANCE METRICS:
The primary objective of this Program Element is the development of technologies that lead to the next-generation of Non-Lethal Weapons. The program consists of a collection of projects that range from studies and analyses to the development and evaluation of feasibility demonstration models. Individual project metrics reflect the technical goals of each specific project. Typical metrics include both the effectiveness of the technology, human effects and effectiveness, and potential for compliance with policy and legislation. Overarching considerations include the advancement of related Technology Readiness Levels and Human Effects Readiness Levels, the degree to which project investments are leveraged with other performers, reduction in life cycle cost upon application of the technology, and the identification of opportunities to transition technology to higher categories of development.

A. MISSION DESCRIPTION AND BUDGET ITEM JUSTIFICATION: This project funds the applied research, study, assessment, and demonstration of technologies that could provide a non-lethal capability or target effect. Investment areas include applied research related to: non-lethal directed energy weapons (lasers, millimeter wave and high power microwave) for counter-personnel and counter-material missions; non-lethal acoustic and optical technologies; advanced non-lethal materials (including materials for vehicle/vessel stopping and advanced anti-traction materials); associated human effects and effectiveness for new non-lethal stimuli; injury potential and effectiveness of directed energy, electric stun, ocular, and acoustic based non-lethal technologies; and developing models of crowd behavior and dynamics.

FY 2006 Plans:

I have found documentation where they are harvesting surface waves of things like the motion of the ocean. They have the abiity to create energy from the sun and photosynthesis process of plants, but they have no where to store this energy once they create it. In their goal to make every tree and building a cell tower maybe those waves on my house are them storing energy and harvesting it at night. I live in a small town, at night their is this never ending generator sound echoing throughout the town and then the trains start coming thru town non stop and it is like the train whistle is some type of morse code that starts and stops a process or job. You can hear a SIZZLE IN THE AIR. Others who I am talking to on the phone, I can put my phone on speaker and they also can hear the SIZZLE OF THE ENERGY IN THE AIR.

I do not like the person these symptoms are changing me and my personality. I want who I was before. That person was a happy go lucky person. Please help me stop what is affecting these changes to my body.

At this rate, I do not expect to see my 50th Birthday. Call it premonition. Call it the government knows that I am connecting the dots faster than they would like me to, and I fear they might do something to stop me from uncovering further their wireless energy of the future projects.

I have lived in this body for 47 years, I know my body. From what I have researched on the internet, many of these symptoms are very possibly from sometype of electromagnetic energy fields and some new form of radio frequencys the government has devised, that use the technology of infrasound, ultrasound,microwave energy, hypersonic sound, quadrapole and the technologys of quantum physics and the nanotechnology emerging like nanowires and nanocarbon tubes, and silicon on sapphire wafers. A form of transistor with no wires and also solar cells of batterys of nanotechnology.

I am finding others like me. I am finding others who are experiencing bugs coming out of their bodies in different states. Seems our government is doing a whole lot of research into micro organisms of bacteria concerning fuel cells. They have discovered that a wide variety of bacteria can be persuaded to produce conducting, wire like appendages that much on sugars and sewage are being investigated as a pollution free source of electricity. This species of bacterium that dumps electrons onto METAL and as they describe it "PERSUADED" to grow nanowires to make contact with distant metal atoms tells my common sense they are doing things in our environment they should not be doing behind our backs concerning energy that affects every single human being on this planet.

Seems to me things like this are describing the chemtrails also spoke about in HR 2977 and that above our heads that our government is Xing our skies with. It is coming out that they are seeding our atmosphere with different types of metallic oxide salt aerosols and ultra fine powders mixs. But bottom line is METAL ATOMS ARE METAL ATOMS.

Someone needs to stop this harm of directed energy weapons that are affecting our brains and also the bio rythms of our bodies and our hormone processes.

Everyday the clicks in my ears changes, like frequencys change. Everyday I feel more and more and more filled with energy that oozes off my body in heat waves. None of our bodies was ever meant to be this conductive concerning our body tissues. Everyday my skin is stimulated in some manner. I can feel the numbing sensations around my lips, and my fingertips, and my legs and feet.

The nausea my mother an me experience it is like being prepared for the Avian Flu of an epidemic they are preparing us for. My mother is now 81 years old. She has been through menopause. She should not be experiencing these waves of heat making her body sweat. My mother in law is in her late 70's and is also experiencing these heat flashes and she too has been through menopause. Maybe I am supposely entering that state, but my gut tells me that my body is being manipulated. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that women store more blood each month and they have found a way to manipulate that action. I don't know. I do know that my mother nor my mother in law should be experiencing waves of hot flashes again at this point in their lives. It is ABNORMAL, SO I KNOW MY SYMPTOMS ARE ABNORMAL.

I go outside at night and the clicking in my ears change, like my body or my ears are uncoiling fromt he different environment of inside the house to the environment of outside of the house.

I can watch the skin around my ankles and my wrists be pulled down by sometype of pressure wave and holding my hand limp my blood vessels will protrude and the area where they would place their fingers to take a pulse will concave in like something is sucking or vacuuming out the air pockets and the skin is being pulled tight around the wrist area. Other times I can watch it form wrinkles in certain spots. I know when I hold my hand in the windows of the house this pressure wave is felt more prodominately and I will have to pull my hand away because the pain becomes too intense. This also happens in the doorways of the front and back door. This also happens standing in the pathway on my porch inbetween the porch columns and the front of the house like something is encircling and compressing somehow.

I can feel vibrations all around me. It is like the underground is forever vibrating and also tilting in a very slo motion effect. I can watch my vertical blinds tilt open all by themselves. I have felt my stairs to the upstairs tilt and become more slanted. They must be filling the earth up with something that is creating this bulging effect and vibrating effect. Energy seems the most logical explanation.

My skin itches unnaturally. Again it is like I want to crawl out of this skin. I live in Lodi, California. It has been a running joke for a long time that we are Lawrence Livermore National Labs back playing yard. Maybe it is not that far from the truth.

I want it to stop. At night if I am driving back to town their is a white aerosol that surrounds my town. During the day it is pressed down just below the blue, but it is ALWAYS THERE THIS AEROSOL.

Something is not right in the world. Something is not right in my State of Caifornia. Something is not right underground. Something in not right in the air. And most certainly something is not right when wave forms can be videotaped surrounding homes and buildings like a NEW TYPE OF BROADBAND SIGNAL OF SOMETHING FOR THEIR INFORMATION WAR EFFORTS.

I AM A UNITED STATES CITIZEN. THEIR ARE SUPPOSE TO BE LAWS TO PROTECT US AS CITIZENS, NOT LAWS FOR THEM TO HIDE BEHIND AND MAKE MONEY OFF OF WHILE THEY GIVE US CANCER, DIABETES, AUTISM ADD, ADHD, PARKINSONS, ALZHEIMERS. AND MOST CERTAINLY NOT LAWS FOR THEM TO HIDE BEHIND WHILE THEY DUMB DOWN AN ENTIRE GENERATION.

IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAWS OF ANY UNIVERSE TO TEST AND USE THESE TYPE OF TECHNOLOGYS AMONG ITS OWN CITIZENS.

THEY SHOULD NOT BE EXPERIMENTING ON THEIR OWN POPULATION. IT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS AGAINST ALL THE LAWS OF HUMANITY. IT IS AGAINST ALL THE LAWS OF HUMAN RIGHTS. IT IS AGAINST THE LAWS OF THE CONSTITUTION.

Addendum

It also should be noted that people have followed me and stalked for the last 3 to 4 years. They follow me all over the place. Cops follow me. The FBI follows me. How do I know their damn license plates told me so. Whereever I go someone is following including into stores. People have come into my home. Our photographs have been changed. Their is a photo of this house of me and my brother as children. Their is a shadow next to me but their is no shadow next to my brother. A picture of the front of the house. I put a new comp roof on this house about 6 years ago. Before that was wood slat roof. I have a photo of the house that shows a front section of the house now has the comp while the rest of the photo has the wood slat. Other photos look like they have widen or broadened the photos for some odd reasons. Maybe they don't want me to make out details I don't know, but I do know that many many of the family photos have been re done. My mother took many many Polaroids and she generally wrote on the bottom of them. On that same bottom was sometype of number. Most of our Polaroids the bottom has been cut off now.The insaneness just never ends the length they will go to to try and cover their tracks in regard to me is phenomenal. We all know when someone has been in our homes. Half the time I go out , it feels like someone has been in my home. I can only imagine what they are doing in my house.

It sounds crazy but it boogles the mind the lengths they are willing to go to to further their experiments.

They will park near my house in their cars and make either the bass or treble be put on high and now I can feel that boom boom boom come up right into my house. I don't know how they are doing it but they are manipulating sound waves. At times I can feel this audio wave like it is meant to manipulate the sensations around my belly button and I can feel that bass or treble in my belly. Yes I know this sounds out there, but all I can say is I can feel it vibrate thru my body.

It seems they are using the underground sewer system to their advantage and the water and drain pipes to further looping the sounds around us to embed them into us. I am right over a major sewer line in my city and sound deadens or echos weirdly because of this all around me and this house.

The SIZZLE in the air of energy is phenomenal around me and underground of me. Maybe they are using the negative hydrogen ions of our hydraulic sewer systems with the sound manipulation of ELF waves in some manner, but thy are using them.

But every single night the sound of the SIZZLE is getting louder and louder and louder all around inside and outside of my home. My body is becoming more and more ungrounded in some manner and being radiated in some manner.
