MKULTRA
MKULTRA-like psycho-electronic mind control "experimentation" is the most devastating crime in American history. Most victims don't know they're being subjected to psychotronic mind control, also known as remote neural monitoring and electronic brain linking. Because the technology is in the wrong hands it has changed America as a whole in a sordid respect. This technology is in the hands of a few secret undercover individuals who not only thrive off the power of exerting unlimited control over another person, but achieve a significant financial gain as an "organized perpetrator." This psycho-electronic harassment invades the mind of another individual. The perpetrator then takes the information acquired and utilizes it to his own personal benefit. This includes, among other things, sexual gratification and appropriating work-related trade secrets of the victim.
The Perfect Silent Crime
Family relationships nationwide are sabotaged to complete ruin in most cases. Teenagers exhibit sudden and unexplainable fits of rage and physical acts of destruction and extreme retaliation. Infants and toddlers display abnormal and unusual behavior, i.e. "in-and-out" state of mind and extreme clumsiness. Victims are financially sabotaged in their business or work, to the point of bankruptcy and homelessness. No friendships are allowed whatsoever, resulting in total isolation. Psycho-electronic mind control causes psychological torture and feelings of rage. This is why there are so many unexplainable crimes in America as a whole and in poverty-ridden drug-infested neighborhoods in particular! Although these crimes affect victims of all nationalities, the population in our jail and prison systems is predominantly black.
New World Order
This is believed to be part of a *New World Order (*keyword searchable) movement being perpetrated by secret societies establishing a parallel, shadow government. Law enforcement and governing officials are complicit in these crimes by virtue of their participation in it or unwillingness to address it. The influence of secret societies over the centuries is evidenced by the Eye of Providence on the back of the U.S. one dollar bill.
This represents too much power in the hands of perpetrators that taxpayers don't know and didn't elect.
We as taxpayers are effectively promoting domestic terrorism. Even if prosecuted the perpetrators will probably be granted amnesty due to the amnesty law President Bush signed into law in September 2006!
The crimes of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO are against humanity and turns America over to a colony of undercover, sadistic perpetrators who have the power to control and impose thoughts and decisions in anyone. America Needs to Know
Regarding the increasing incidence of crimes of this nature in America today -- acts of genocide (drive by shootings) in our homes and neighborhoods -- I believe they are the result of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO-style harassment. Law abiding, contributing members of society with no history of criminal activity become victims of some of the most horrific crimes of the century!
These new-era crimes -- mothers violently killing their children -- have never been heard of before and are totally unbelievable! Crimes of family genocide. And then you have the Unabomber who bombed the federal building in Oklahoma -- he was part of one of the government's experiments! Now you have Cho and the Virginia Tech tradegy -- he was a probably a victim-turned-murderer just based on his videos!
Then society asks regarding the victim, now branded a criminal/murderer, "I wonder what happened -- what made him or her commit such a horrible crime?" MKULTRA happened! A perpetrator with contacts with a secret society chose him or her to be targeted, and that's that -- dead or convicted by forces of programmed MKULTRA mind control agents or by remote directed energy weapons. The victim has no clue whatsoever as to why he or she committed such a crime.
The MKULTRA perpetrators have total control in turning human beings into robots and human sexual puppets. Blacks have been victimized by slavery for 400 plus years, and today they are still in slavery via mind control programming experimentation. America, have you noticed that 99% of the drive by shootings are in the black neighborhoods? This is designated neighborhood crime mind control programming and profiling.
From my ten plus years of being targeted, perpetrators of this ongoing harassment disrupt victim's lives and attempt to intimidate friends, family and associates into distancing themselves from the victim, thus isolating the victim from society.
Victim's Families Are Targeted
The perpetrators targeted my then 20-month-old grandson on several occasions, most recently waking him from his sleep -- his body was lifeless while he lay crying, and no one could console him. I cannot overemphasize the fact they murder babies, children, or anyone they don't like or who is related to someone they don't like. They have no remorse whatsoever, as they are in a war with the citizens of the United States. They're able to get away with it because the technology is very sophisticated and virtually impossible to detect.
What's even worse is that some police officers are participants in such crimes!
My daughter came home from school one day recently. I could tell something was wrong, but she wouldn't come out with it. But I already knew perpetrators, including the Oakland and Hayward, California, police departments, sometimes while undercover, sometimes not, follow her wherever she goes. This type of harassment promotes suicide in the weak of heart.
It amazes me how organized crime murders and stalkings are organized, enforced and accepted as routine work within the local police departments. They kill people -- in an undercover way -- and get away with it.
Can you imagine a police department and its other organized gang members following your children, 24/7, 365 days a year, year after year, for 10-12 years consecutively?
My daughter has been under surveillance now for almost 50% of her entire life, with her knowing that they're following her. This is psychological torture! One time she even started taking a change of clothes to try to evade the stalkers, but it didn’t work. What a way for a teenager to live -- my heart aches with despair! These crimes effect teenagers in a significant way. They have absolutely no one to talk to due to fear and in some cases think they can handle the situation by themselves.
The only thing I can do about this is make appointments to meet officials, maintain this web site, send emails and pass out flyers. If you received a flyer about this from a black woman in the San Francisco Bay Area then it is likely you have met me, Elizabeth Adams.
Medical Profession is Complicit
Why is the U.S. government targeting my infant grandson, almost killing him on 4 separate occasions, with directed energy weapons-based electro-magnetic radiation? And why are other infants and children in our immediate family experiencing unexplainable illnesses that the doctors cannot diagnose? Our entire family has no history of illnesses at all! My mother and I have severe pain in our arms. My mom can't use her right arm at all nor I my left arm -- this is the result of directed energy weapon attacks. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to participating medical professionals.
What's most ironic about these strange sudden illnesses is that going to the doctor is a waste of time: If you're a victim and have a doctor, your doctor has been contacted by the perpetrators. This is very obvious to the victims due to what their doctors say during the appointment. And a standard physical exam will not reveal what is wrong with you. No diagnosis whatsoever for the maladies the victims are experiencing. Going to the doctor is waste of time and money, the latter of which the average victim doesn't have due to the fact they've already been bankrupted by the perpetrators. My family has no history of TB from generation 1. My daughter has TB! Once you read "True Life Stories" in the Main Menu you will see a multitude of stories of which "imposed diseases" were implanted in victims of these horrific crimes with all mostly by food poisoning. This is why most victims don't drink liquids leftover in their refrigerators if they have left there home for any period of time. Most perpetrators in most cases are "next door neighbors" paid $ by *secret societies (*keyword searchable) organized gang officials

Mind Control Programming and the Black Community
When a black person such as myself, Elizabeth Adams, engages in activism efforts to expose these crimes, governing organized crime officials actually pay money, mostly to blacks, including prominent figures, to set me up as having committed crimes or to bring about my untimely death at the hands of these criminal groups. I have extended myself to the max to expose the crimes of "Mind Control Programming" "Directed Energy Weapons" and "Gang Stalking" and as I have said before instead of being commended I'm being stalked to be shot or killed...at this point it doesn't make me any difference at all ! The organized crime perpetrators had sabatoged this website so much - back and forth for the last 2 weeks and before that they and GoDaddy (GoDaddy located in Arizona my website carrier had (June 2007) ads in the Oakland Police Dept website!) they had taken this website COMPLETELY OFFLINE FOR OVER 10 DAYS TO HIDE THEIR MALICIOUS CRIMES OF TORTURE! I havent even been able to add new information but now last night after I started sending emails of how I felt they were trying to harm my family by out of 29 apartment buildings they had an overnight power outage in the ONE and only building where my daughter was. Complaint Filed with the FBI
On February 7, 2007, Elizabeth Adams filed a report with the Oakland, California, branch of the FBI to open an investigation into her harassment, and other victims submitted their stories as supporting evidence:
Wednesday, February 7, 2007: I filed a report to open an investigation regarding the targeting of my infant grandchild with directed energy weapons on 4 separate occasions as well as the organized stalking and electronic harassment I am being subjected to. Other victims were encouraged to send in their personal stories of being covertly harassed as supporting evidence, and any other evidence they might have.
Monday, February 26, 2007: I was told that so far the file associated with the investigation was already 2 inches thick and thus the investigation would take a while and to call back in two weeks to check on the status of the investigation.
Monday, March 5, 2007: I spoke with Agent Eckhart who seemed very unconcerned with the harassment I am experiencing and was employing an adversarial, interrogational stance in addressing my contentions of my infant grandchild being targeted with directed energy weapons, four murders occurring due to directed energy weapons, and other authorized murders.
Monday, March 12, 2007: I was told that the FBI investigates reports that are filed, but does not inform the filer of the outcome of the investigation, conflicting with my being advised earlier to check back on the status of the investigation. I was told verbatim by the FBI's armed duty agent (agents at previous visits were unarmed) "when you file a report with the FBI it's a one way street." Basically the agent was saying don't call us, we'll call you.
House Resolution 1026
A bill, House Resolution 1026, was introduced September 21, 2006 to re-open the Church committee congressional hearings in the U.S. House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees into COINTELPRO and current COINTELPRO-like operations. This investigation is a long overdue step toward exposing the abuses described above.
In December OCW solicited stories from victims describing their harassment and forwarded these letters in a bulk distribution to both John Conyers and Nancy Pelosi, heads of the committees that will be reviewing this bill, so that our numbers would be known.
Unfortunately, because the bill's sponsor was not re-elected, the bill will not be addressed by congress at this time.

COINTELPRO and MKULTRA were cold war-era government programs which began in the 1950s in order to address, for the most part, concerns with communist aggression. COINTELPRO (Counter-Intelligence Program) was an FBI program that served to disrupt organizations that were seen to be politically or culturally dissident. MKULTRA (Mind Control Ultra) was a CIA program that supported research into mind control experiments to compete with communist research on brainwashing. Although these specific programs were supposed to have been terminated in the 1960s and 1970s, indications that similar activities have evolved and continue to this day, and are being used covertly on innocent citizens, with the assistance of organized crime, are clearly evident.
Modern-day COINTELPRO-style operations, more commonly referred to as gang stalking, cause stalking, organized vigilante stalking, stalking by proxy, community-based harassment, and covert war, are essentially discrediting and harassment campaigns waged against a targeted individual. Citizens are recruited to participate, often from extremist groups and cults, but also from among employees in all levels of government. I have always been a "cheerful servant in God's house" as anyone who knows me is aware. But today, here and now, I feel betrayed. I extended myself to expose the crimes of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO, as I was "lead by God" to do so. But instead of being praised, my community "rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul" (Psalms 35:12). Because of my activism against these horrific crimes I have verifiable reasons to state that the Oakland Police Department and other neighboring police officials and leaders are setting me up. Crime officials as a whole already influenced the shutting down of my mortgage business, wanted me and my family homeless, and our belongings to be put out on the street. But that didn't happen, for "God did not allow it to happen!" Now they want me jailed first and then killed while in jail. "False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not" (Psalms 35:11). I'm a helpless cheerful servant and I don't understand how my community can see and know the lies and allow this to happen.

Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.
Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.
