This is the reported I filed "verbatim" with Federal Bureau of Investigation Oakland, California on February 7, 2007. Although this is the typed version "verbatim". When I went to the FBI Monday morning February 7, 2007 @ 9am and told the receptionist that I wanted to file a report/complaint to be investigated. She gave me a 1 piece of paper for my contact information and 3 blank pieces of copy paper with no lines for me to write out my report.

My concerns related to these crimes targeted at my family is bring forth issues of harmful circumstances by easily believed to the U.S. Governments "Organized Crime Officials"
Every place we go - every person we see or association there is harmed one way or another. And now they're trying to harm my youngest daugther inparticulary and cause my family psychological toture.
Examples:
1) House set on fire 34th street Oakland 12-21-06 - I was to visit a friend next door to that house on the 23rd of Dec
2) Pay Pal the internet paying company in San Jose was actually BOMBED on Oct 16 or 17 the same days I was to sign up for Pay Pal
3) The Hayward Bart Station Shooting Last Tuesday Jan 30th - My daughter was suppose to have been at that station the "moment" the shooting took place, but for thanks to God she decided to leave school "that day" 30 minutes earlier
4) Fisherman's Wharf Boating Accident - March 2004 I had taken my daughter to Fisherman's Wharf - Rainbow Forest and we attempted to get on a boat ride - we had already paid our money and everything. But the steps were too deep for us and we had to back out. The Next Day on the News "Boating fataly at Fisherman's Wharf
5) An associate whom I hadn't seen in appx 5 years ran into him and he gave me a ride. That evening one of his close friends female came home from work - (on his same street I think) and found her 40 year old son floating dead in her swimming pool
6) My daughter was trying to get a place of her own and got Section 8 in Reno, Nevada. We both went to Reno on Nov 3rd 2006 the very next week a large hotel was set on Fire
7) South West Airline flight that I was suppose to be on - but was not I took an earlier flight Only by surprise of not only me but Reservationist As Well - the flight was cancelled due to Maintenance Repairs. When the reservation conferred this with he her hands and face flushed a deep red! Dec or Jan 2003/4
8) Apt building on telegraph @ 38th St set on fire on the right side of the building, Organized Crime
9) How the US Government almost killed my infant grandson twice with "directed energy weapons"
10) Set Up My Daughter and framed her with people she didnt really know. Mind Programming
11) August 26, 2006 10am 34th & Telegraph Myself and colleague were standing in the Walgreens parking lot and on the corner of 34th & Telegraph a guy black snatched the jewerly off of an Asians lady neck. The Oakland Police Came and did not "1" one time ask anybody what the criminal looked like and there were other people a the scene who actually rode around lookin for the guy before the police got there. Just Days BeforeA) I had "Thoughts of getting my jewerly out of pawn (Mind Control & Psychologial Harassment) (On Film) Police Organized Crime
12) January 4th 2007 across the street from my home a female victim was being agressively searched as I was getting out of a car to go home (On film) By a Male Officer
13) After filing a police report at my home the police left a dope bagge in front of my door. I called back and reported that also - I dont do drugs
14) A police report I filed in person OPD was never filed or sent to their records dept. this may be the occasion when I actually saw the police officer "throw" my report to the side.
15) Several Occassions the OPD dept has this lady following me and on 2 or 3 occasions (on film) would have a little red car staging an arrest - The same red car in the parking lot or street corner across from my home (On Film)
16) My Ex Son In Law "Terence Jackson before he was brutally murdered on Nov 15 2005 that thursday or friday before hand my office rec'd a call w/breathing on the other end. the same as I got a few days ago from today - what appears to be an Organized crime Official working at columbia
17) the fires listed above related in the terms of the structure of the buildings that were set on fire. the buildings resembled in structure the apt building I currently live in
18) Another Incident - the same or next day after I met w/Barbara Lee's Office. Organized Government Paid Associates drove a van through a 10' high glass door at my employment to make it appear as a break in
19) While I was at that same employer the owner asked me had I changed the screen on his desktop. I had never been on his computer. this scenario of computer - Internet SHUT DOWN - has happened on just about EVERY JOB I'VE HAD for the last 8 years
20) My Business Phone Lines 10 ten were cut by the suite next to mine Rancho Santa fe technology. They knew the lines from my suite were tied into theirs. They had been leasing that same suit over 5 years and the suite I was In had been previously leased on numerous occassions as well and all the phone companys had to go to their suite to activate any service including just in my stay the Phone company had to enter their suite on over 3 or 4 occassions over a 5 month period! Organized Crime Maybe Not the Company as a whole but an employee of the Company
Nevertheless Me, My Daughter and other family members are being targeted and our lives bay be in jeopardy and we request an Investigation - This List is Condensed

Kindly note America this IS NOT EVEN 10% of the murderous and psychological crimes that have taken place at the direction of the various POLICE DEPTS with Oakland, Ca in 1st Place Position and City of Hayward, City of Emeryville, City of Berkeley and City & County of Orangeburg, SC Sheriff & Public Safety Depts
In addition to my complaint being filed I also instructed other members and victims to also send by fax and direct US Postal Service their stories to the FBI Oakland. Most of them faxed their stories. The FBI Oakland "RECEIVED" appx 100 other Victim Stories & Complaints from Victims nationwide !!!
I believe that there may be thousands of victims nationwide my true estimate would be in the high thousands or possibly even a million CONSIDERING THESE CRIMES HAVE BEEN ACTIVE AND ONGOING FOR OVER 50 YEARS. I can't go into "DETAIL" until I reorganize my computers. The perps killed my best computer a couple of weeks ago that had all of my most pertinent information now I have to regroup as I do daily in the most simplest tasks that become COMPLEX due to work place mobbing and discrediting campaigns.
TO DATE NO FBI INVESTIGATION!
Most people don't even know that they're preyed upon - most think "bad luck" or "just a coincidence"
