Electronic harassment is the remote use of directed energy weapons, microwave hearing technology, and electronic mind control technology to physically and mentally harass a victim.
Directed energy weapons, or DEWs, are weapons based on electromagnetic and acoustic technology that can inflict a variety of effects on biological subjects, including sleep deprivation, annoying tingling sensations, heating effects, laser-like burns, sharp pains that feel like electrical shocks, heart attack like symptoms, and even death. Microwave hearing, also known as voice-to-skull, V2S or V2K, is the use of pulsed microwave electromagnetic energy to induce sounds directly into the auditory cortex, bypassing the ear drums. Psycho-electronic mind control is the use of remote neural monitoring and electronic brain link technology to monitor brainwave thought patterns and affect mood control and subliminal suggestion.
This can arguably be characterized as the most devastating crime in American history. Most victims of this don't know they're being subjected to mind control technology. Because it's in the wrong hands it has changed America as a whole in a sordid respect. This technology is in the hands of a few undercover individuals who not only thrive off the power of exerting control over another person, but achieve a significant financial gain as an "organized perpetrator." This psycho-electronic harassment invades the mind of an individual. The perpetrator then takes the information acquired and utilizes it to his own personal benefit. This includes, among other things, sexual gratification and appropriating personal information of the victim.
Electronic harassment causes psychological torture and feelings of rage. This is why there are so many unexplainable crimes in America as a whole and in poverty-ridden and drug-infested neighborhoods in particular.
Blacks have been victimized by slavery for 400 plus years, and today they are still in slavery via mind control programming experimentation. America, have you noticed that 99% of the drive by shootings are in the black neighborhoods? This is designated neighborhood crime mind control programming and profiling:
- Drive-by shootings are basically only in black neighborhoods.
- Black on black crimes are organized and sanctioned via the use of lies and rumors or otherwise a maneuvering of information or circumstances to wrongly associate a bad reputation and character with a person, which in turn incites a perpetrator to taking justice into his or her own hands.
- The prison system is predominantly black and under "mind control slavery," aka "crowd control.".
- When the "convicted felon" is released the cycle of mind control slavery starts all over again -- frequently he or she will be re-programmed to commit another crime and go back to prison, i.e. racial profiling.
- America as a whole is programmed by the media to immediately assume whenever a crime is committed that somebody black did it. America has effectively been programmed to hate blacks and to look down on them as being unworthy or bad.

JUSTICE IN THE COURTS OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA
Just a couple of weeks ago a man 63 who had been incarcerated 16 times had decided to straighten out his life. He started buying cars from the auction then fixing them up mechanically and selling them. He was on probation from his last arrest. Part of his probation agreement was that he not go within 100 yards from where he was arrested the last time. Well to make a long story short he was arrested for being within that 100 yards.
But the most ironic part about the 100 yards is that it was HIS RESIDENCE WHERE HE HAD BEEN LIVING FOR 5 YEARS!!!
When the courts gave the stipulation of the 100 yards not his attorney nor himself knew what in measurements a 100 yards was. So he agreed to sign the stipulation of 100 yards.
Well when he went to court a few weeks ago the judge and his attorney realized that the 100 yards was at his residence. BUT nevertheless the offer from the judge was this > > >
Do 90 days in jail and we'll rewrite your stipulation . . .
HE HADN'T DID ANYTHING WRONG!!!
He's in jail now doing the 90 days!!! . . . . .

This is believed to be part of a new world order movement being perpetrated by secret societies and others establishing a parallel, shadow government. Law enforcement and governing officials are complicit in these crimes by virtue of their participation in it or unwillingness to address it. The Perfect Silent Crime

Regarding the increasing incidence of crimes of this nature in America today -- acts of genocide (drive by shootings) in our homes and neighborhoods -- I believe they are the result of organized stalking and electronic harassment. Law abiding, contributing members of society with no history of criminal activity become victims of some of the most horrific crimes of the century!
Crimes of family genocide -- mothers violently killing their children -- have never been heard of before and are totally unbelievable! The Unabomber who bombed the federal building in Oklahoma was part of one of the government's experiments! Now you have Cho and the Virginia Tech tragedy -- he was a probably a victim-turned-murderer just based on his videos!
Then society asks regarding the victim, now branded a criminal or murderer, "I wonder what happened -- what made him or her commit such a horrible crime?" Organized stalking and electronic harassment happened! A perpetrator with contacts to the organized stalking network chose him or her to be targeted, and that's that -- convicted by forces of programmed mind control agents or by remote directed energy weapons. The victim has no clue whatsoever as to why he or she committed such a crime.
The perpetrators have total control in turning human beings into robots and human sexual puppets.
From my eight years of being targeted, perpetrators of this ongoing harassment disrupt victim's lives and attempt to intimidate friends, family and associates into distancing themselves from the victim, thus isolating the victim from society.
Victim's Families Are Targeted
Teenagers exhibit sudden and unexplainable fits of rage and physical acts of destruction and extreme retaliation. Infants and toddlers display abnormal and unusual behavior, i.e. "in-and-out" state of mind and extreme clumsiness.
The perpetrators targeted my infant grandson on several occasions, most recently waking him from his sleep -- his body was lifeless while he lay crying, and no one could console him. I cannot over emphasize the fact they murder babies, children, or anyone they don't like or who is related to someone they don't like. They have no remorse whatsoever, as they are in a war with the citizens of the United States. They're able to get away with it because the technology is very sophisticated and virtually impossible to detect.
What's even worse is that some police officers are participants in such crimes!
My daughter came home from school one day recently. I could tell something was wrong, but she wouldn't come out with it. But I already knew perpetrators, including the Oakland and Hayward, California, police departments, sometimes while undercover, sometimes not, follow her wherever she goes. This type of harassment promotes suicide in the weak of heart.
It amazes me how organized crime murders and stalkings are organized, enforced and accepted as routine work within the local police departments. They kill people -- in an undercover way -- and get away with it.
Can you imagine a police department and its other organized gang members following your children, 24/7, 365 days a year, year after year, for 8-10 years consecutively?
My daughter has been under surveillance now for almost 50% of her entire life, with her knowing that they're following her. This is psychological torture! One time she even started taking a change of clothes to try to evade the stalkers, but it didn’t work. What a way for a teenager to live -- my heart aches with despair! These crimes effect teenagers in a significant way. They have absolutely no one to talk to due to fear and in some cases think they can handle the situation by themselves.
The only thing I can do about this is make appointments to meet officials, maintain this web site, send emails and pass out flyers. If you received a flyer about this from a black woman in the San Francisco Bay Area then it is likely you have met me, Elizabeth Adams.
Medical Profession is Complicit
Why is my infant grandson being targeted, almost killing him on 4 separate occasions, with directed energy weapons-based electro-magnetic radiation? And why are other infants and children in our immediate family experiencing unexplainable illnesses that the doctors cannot diagnose? Our entire family has no history of illnesses at all! My mother and I have severe pain in our arms. My mom can't use her right arm at all nor I my left arm -- this is the result of directed energy weapon attacks. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to participating medical professionals.
What's most ironic about these strange sudden illnesses is that going to the doctor is a waste of time: If you're a victim and have a doctor, your doctor has been contacted by the perpetrators. This is very obvious to the victims due to what their doctors say during the appointment. And a standard physical exam will not reveal what is wrong with you. No diagnosis whatsoever for the maladies the victims are experiencing. Going to the doctor is waste of time and money, the latter of which the average victim doesn't have due to the fact they've already been bankrupted by the perpetrators. My family has no history of TB from generation 1. My daughter has TB! Once you read True Life Stories you will see a multitude of stories of which "imposed diseases" were implanted in victims of these horrific crimes with all mostly by food poisoning. This is why most victims don't drink liquids leftover in their refrigerators if they have left there home for any period of time. Most perpetrators in most cases are next door neighbors paid money by organized gang officials to participate in this harassment.
(Kindly note: I do not have high blood pressure or any other physical illnesses, so in the event of my seemingly untimely death while sleeping, I do not fit the profile of heart attack or stroke victims.)
Mind Control Programming and the Black Community
When a black person such as myself, Elizabeth Adams, engages in activism efforts to expose these crimes, governing organized crime officials actually pay money, mostly to blacks, including prominent figures, to set me up as having committed crimes or to bring about my untimely death at the hands of these criminal groups. I have extended myself to the max to expose the crimes of organized stalking and electronic harassment and as I have said before instead of being commended I'm being stalked to be shot or killed -- at this point it doesn't make me any difference at all! It is sad for a race of people who have been told what these perpetrators are doing with the mind control technology to still participate in a harassment designed to destroy an innocent victim's life. I originally found it hard to believe, but now I don't for the Black Race has been pre-programmed to kill its own.
Saying "no" to (government sanctioned) drugs is blasé, for now there’s mind control technology to say no to!
In reality the most horrific crimes of the century are being committed by the mind control perpetrators. Undercover perpetrator activity promotes black on black crime. How many times are we going to fall into that racial trap?

Many Perpetrators are Sexual Predators
Many if not most participants of the mind control program are sexual predators and perverts and utilize the mind control technology to satisfy their sexual desires by the authorized surveillance of persons, the persons' family members, homes, workplaces and vehicles. The equipment they use provides images of victims' bodies through their clothes! Authorities Refuse to Investigate
Instead of being commended for my efforts to expose these crimes, no one in authority will investigate! Innocent people -- infants, children, and even celebrities -- have died senselessly at the direction of the perpetrator's orders to target an individual or family with directed energy weapons. This information is not directed to anyone who is not part of these horrific crimes, only to those who participate in perpetrator activity.
I see no one in authority, either those who I have met with in person or contacted by other means, trying to expose these crimes. Maybe an investigation should be done on the Eye of Providence on the back of the U.S. one dollar bill?

For the last 30 years the US Federal Government have not met the minimun standards required under the Constitution of the United States. The constitutional requirement for the US Federal Government is to represent We the People of the US. The US Federal Government has allowed treasonable crimes repeatedly within our government and have done absolutely nothing about it.

The US Federal Government hasn't effectively represented We the People of the United States on a multitude of issues:

Whereas We the People of the US will vote bi-weekly or once month on each and every bill that use to be presented to Congress.
We the People of the US propose to have a 24 hour Government Television Channel and or Internet Website (or other communication means) for each district nationwide. Whereas a governing officials, organization or person who introduced the bill, will have the opportunity to state their facts about a specific bill that they want We the People of the US to vote on.
We the People of the US will post our votes biweekly or monthly. The votes will then be posted and available for public view.
PUBLIC VIEW: This will authenticate each vote, ELIMINATE VOTER FRAUD and mandate representation of We the People of the US.
There would be a minimun requirement of 65% of registered voters to vote nationwide in order to get a bill passed. If there are less than 65% of registered voters voting nationswide on a particular bill, the bill then would be denied . . . repeat denied.
It would be the sole responsibility of the persons, organizations and or congressional officials to state their facts, encourage constituents in their districts nationwide to vote nationwide.
Voting procedure would be in person or by absentee ballots.
This new voting procedure will change many duties within the US Federal Government and will provide ample time for "ALL" US Federal Government Branches...

I have always been a "cheerful servant in God's house" as anyone who knows me is aware. But today, here and now, I feel betrayed. I extended myself to expose the crimes of organized stalking and electronic harassment, as I was "lead by God" to do so. But instead of being praised, my community "rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul" (Psalms 35:12). Because of my activism against these horrific crimes I have verifiable reasons to state that the Oakland Police Department and other neighboring police officials and leaders are setting me up. Crime officials as a whole already influenced the shutting down of my mortgage business, wanted me and my family homeless, and our belongings to be put out on the street. But that didn't happen, for "God did not allow it to happen!" Now they want me jailed first and then killed while in jail. "False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not" (Psalms 35:11). I'm a helpless cheerful servant and I don't understand how my community can see and know the lies and allow this to happen.
Psalm 35 -- A Victim's Prayer
Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.
Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.
Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.
Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.
Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.
Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.
And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.
But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.
But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
Lord, how long wilt thou look on? Rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.
Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.
This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.
Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.
Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.
Amen.
